http://www.youm7.com مسئول بمجلس االتحاد الروسى :سنناقش عودة الطٌران والمشروعات لمصر كتب مؤمن مختار قال فالدٌمٌر جباروف النائب األول لرئٌس لجنة الشؤون الدولٌة بمجلس االتحاد الروسى ،قبل زٌارته إلى مصر مع رئٌسة مجلس االتحاد الروسى أنه من المقرر بحث مسألة العالقات البرلمانٌة واستعادة الرحالت الجوٌة بٌن بلدٌنا ،والموضوع الرئٌسى هو الكفاح ضد اإلرهاب الدولى. وأشار جباروف فى تصرٌحات للصحٌفة البرلمانٌة الروسٌة إلى أنه على مر السنٌن ،كانت مصر واحدة من أبرز الشركاء التجارٌٌن واالقتصادٌٌن لالتحاد السوفٌتى وروسٌا فى الشرق األوسط وأفرٌقٌا، وبمساعدة االتحاد السوفٌتى استطاعت مصر ،بناء 100منشأة صناعٌة ،خصوصا السد العالى بأسوان ،ومصانع حلوان للحدٌد والصلب ،ومصنع األلومنٌوم فى نجع حمادي ،والتً ال تزال تلعب دورا هاما فً االقتصاد المصرى. وأضاف أنه من بٌن المشارٌع الواعدة ذات االهتمام المشترك بٌن البلدٌن -تحدٌث المرافق الرئٌسٌة التً بنٌت من قبل المختصٌن السوفٌٌت ،بما فى ذلك محطة الطاقة الكهرومائٌة فى أسوان ،وإنشاء منطقة صناعٌة خاصة إلنتاج اآلالت الزراعٌة الروسٌة فى مصر لمنطقة الشرق األوسط وشمال أفرٌقٌا ،وأٌضا هناك خطط لتفعٌل صناعة السٌارات الروسٌة وإنتاج السٌارات فى لمصر وغٌرها من دول الشرق األوسط وشمال أفرٌقٌا ،وزٌادة حجم تصدٌر الحبوب فى مصر ،وتوصٌل الغاز الطبٌعً المسال عن طرٌق شركة جازبروم. ووفقا له ٌعد مشروع بناء أول محطة للطاقة النووٌة فى مصر هو مشروع واعد ،وسٌكون أكبر مشروع مشترك بٌن روسٌا ومصر منذ إنشاء سد أسوان ،وباإلضافة إلى هذا وقعت مصر وروسٌا فى أوائل شهر فبراٌر عام ،2017بروتوكول تعاون بشأن إنشاء المنطقة الصناعٌة الروسٌة فى منطقة قناة السوٌس لتوطٌن الشركات الروسٌة التى تركز على أسواق مصر وأفرٌقٌا والشرق األوسط.

http://www.youm7.com وزٌر النقل الروسى :اتفاقٌة أمن الطٌران أساسٌة قبل عودة الرحالت إلى مصر كتب مؤمن مختار وزٌر النقل الروسى مكسٌم سوكولوفٌ ،تحدث من وقت آلخر عن عودة الرحالت الجوٌة بٌن موسكو والقاهرة مرة أخرى ،حٌث تعد هذه القضٌة هى األهم بالنسبة لوزارته فى أعقاب الزٌارات المتكررة لخبراء الطٌران الروس إلى مصر ،لتفقد المطارات لبحث إمكانٌة عودة الرحالت الجوٌة وعودة السٌاحة مرة أخرى للمنتجعات المصرٌة. وأكد وزٌر النقل الروسى سوكولوف فى حوار له مع وكالة األنباء الروسٌة نوفستى ،أنه ٌجب التوصل إلى اتفاق مع القاهرة من أجل خدمة المطار والطائرات ،والتى تجلب الركاب لتقدٌم مجموعة من الخدمات ،منها األمتعة ،وتنظٌف الطائرات والتأكد من حالتها الفنٌة ،والتزود بالوقود ،حٌث ٌمكن لبعض الشركات المشاركة فى هذه العملٌة ،وبطبٌعة الحالٌ ،جب الدخول فى عالقة تعاقدٌة مع هذه الشركات. وأوضح الوزٌر أن الكرة اآلن فى ملعب الجانب المصرى ،ألنه هو األكثر اهتماما بعودة الرحالت الجوٌة مرة أخرى ،وبالنسبة لهم فى المقام األول هى إٌرادات القطاع السٌاحى ،لذلك ٌجب القضاء على أى سلبٌات. ٌذكر أنه كان قد أكد وزٌر النقل الروسى ،أنه ٌتوقع إبرام اتفاقٌة أمن الطٌران بٌن موسكو والقاهرة ،خالل شهر مارس المقبل. وأضاف الوزٌر أنه تم إرسال مذكرة رسمٌة لوزارة الخارجٌة المصرٌة استعدادا للتوقٌع على بروتوكول التعاون فى مجال األمن ،فً حٌن أن الجانب الروسى لم ٌتلق ر ًدا رسم ًٌا من الجانب المصرى حتى اآلن حول موعد ومكان توقٌع البروتوكول ،لكن االتصاالت والعمل على المستوٌٌن الوزارى وعلى مستوى السفارات مستمر وال ٌتوقف ،لذلك ،بمجرد أن ٌكون الجانب المصرى على استعداد وٌعبر رغبته ،نحن مستعدون للتنفٌذ الفورى. ونوه الوزٌر الروسى إلى أن التوقٌع على البروتوكول ال ٌعنى فتح الرحالت الجوٌة مرة أخرى ،ولكنها تدابٌر للسالمة فقط ،لمزٌد من التحكم والسٌطرة على الوضع األمنً فى المطارات المصرٌة ،وتوفر األساس القانونى والدولى الالزم لٌجرى التعاون بٌن شركات الطٌران الروسٌة مع سلطات الطٌران المصرٌة ،ولذلك، فإننا مستعدون لتوقٌع مثل هذا االتفاق ،وأنه عنصر أساسى ،قبل افتتاح حركة المالحة الجوٌة فى المطارات المصرٌة. وكان قد استبعد وزٌر النقل الروسى مكسٌم سوكولوف استئناف رحالت الطٌران مع مصر فى الوقت القرٌب ،وذلك بعد تعلٌقها إثر تحطم طائرة ركاب تابعة لشركة روسٌة فى سٌناء بعمل إرهابى. وفى مقابلة تلفزٌونٌة للوزٌر الروسى مع محطة "روسٌا ،"24أوضح سوكولوف أن فرٌق الخبراء الذى اختبر إجراءات األمن فى مطار القاهرة مؤخرا خلص إلى أنه من غٌر الممكن استئناف رحالت الطٌران فى القرٌب العاجل.

وأعلن الوزٌر مكسٌم سوكولوف خالل حواره مع وكالة األنباء الروسٌة أنه ٌجب على الجانب المصرى القضاء على التعلٌقات التً تم تحدٌدها من قبل المتخصصٌن الروس ،وحالما سٌتم القضاء على هذه التعلٌقات ،سٌكون هناك الفحص النهائى للمطارات المصرٌة. وأكد الوزٌر أنه منذ أن توقفت حركة الطٌران الجوى بٌن البلدٌن منذ أكثر من عام لم ٌتم تحدٌث مكتب شركة "أٌروفلوت" ،خاصة أن الشركة ستتواجد فى الصالة الجدٌدة من مطار القاهرة.

The former airline CEO and French government official also offered support of U.S. airline industry positions on deregulation, reduced taxes and air traffic control restructuring. In an address to the high-level summit of industry executives, de Juniac said the international airline organization is ―deeply concerned with recent developments that point to a future of restricted borders and protectionism.‖ Meeting later with reporters, he elaborated on IATA’s response to President Donald Trump’s January 27 executive order banning entry into the U.S. by people from seven Muslimmajority countries. That order—since suspended by a federal court— came without prior coordination or warning to the airlines, IATA complained. ―We had some phone calls from members who were really upset because they had on their shoulders hundreds of people in various airports that they had to repatriate and it was a big mess,‖ de Juniac said. ―We recognize that it is the responsibility of a state to control its borders, so it was the responsibility of the U.S. to implement a restriction [for] entry into the U.S.—that’s how the international system works,‖ he explained. ―But what we said is that this type of decision has to be prepared and implemented in an orderly manner to avoid confusion, disorder, disruption…It has always been the responsibility of the airlines to deal with the disruptions.‖ Asked what message he wanted to convey to the Trump Administration, de Juniac said: ―We are sending the message to all governments, not only to the Trump Administration, that we think open borders are good for the industry and by the way, good for the economy as well. The message is please, do not close borders to people and trade.‖

De Juniac said he was due to meet that afternoon with U.S. Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao. Though he declined to reveal the topics he would discuss with Chao, he suggested during his speech that he would argue against a rulemaking process begun last fall by the previous Obama Administration. That effort would have required airlines to share ancillary fare, schedule and availability information with online travel booking sites. Airlines for America (A4A), the trade organization that represents most major U.S. airlines, argues that dictating airline distribution and commercial practices would benefit only third-party ticket agents and not the flying public. On March 2, A4A announced that Trump’s transportation department has suspended the Obama-era regulatory actions on fares and distribution practices. ―I hope that Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao will take a fresh look at whether the U.S. government should be dictating to airlines how and where they must display their products,‖ de Juniac told the summit. ―…Deregulation has benefited travelers, the U.S. economy and the competitiveness of its airlines. I hope that the Trump Administration will keep that in focus.‖ De Juniac also echoed A4A’s constant refrain that the airline industry is overtaxed; the U.S. organization says that 17 federal taxes and fees represent more than a fifth of the cost of a domestic round-trip ticket. ―In a country as big, beautiful and full of opportunity as the U.S., why have a taxation policy that discourages travel?‖ he asked. ―Travel stimulates the economy with tourism dollars and business development. The cancellations were on the eve of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras festival, with some inter-state visitors venting concern that they will not be able to make it to the event. A severe weather warning was issued for Sydney, Illawarra, South Coast, as well as the Snowy Mountains district, with the Hunter and Central and Southern Tablelands also expected to be impacted. Heavy rainfall across the region was expected with possible flash flooding. Conditions to ease for Mardi Gras Parade "We're expecting from about midnight [tonight] until dawn is when we'll see the heaviest rainfall," Bureau of Meteorology forecaster Katarina Kovacevic said. Conditions were expected to ease across Sydney in time for the Mardi Gras Parade on Saturday evening. "There still will be some shower activity, into the afternoon, we're just not anticipating it will be as heavy," Ms Kovacevic said. "In the evening [Saturday] it looks like that shower activity does persist, but in a much lighter way." The NSW State Emergency Service urged people in affected areas to prepare for the deluge, with parts of the state expected to get up to 150 millimetres of rain. Flash flooding is also possible. "The best thing people can do for us at the moment is to make sure their gutters and downpipes are nice and clear," the SES's Phil Campbell said. "Also to make sure their cars are parked undercover, [and] their kids and pets are indoors when the worst of the weather happens." coverage] "I was not happy with the punctuality rate of scheduled flights before, nor am I happy with it now. But we are working to improve it," said Feng Zhenglin, head of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. He made the remarks ahead of the opening ceremony of the annual meeting of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, China's top advisory body. The punctuality rate of scheduled flights was 76.4 percent last year, a rise of 8.4 percentage points from 2015. The punctuality of commercial flights can be affected by such factors as weather, military activity, airport and airline management, and air traffic control, he said. The administration took many steps to improve the situation last year, including strictly carrying out the evaluation of airlines' punctuality and reducing delays caused by controllable factors, such as air traffic control, Feng said. Some factors that cause delays are not controllable, such as weather and military activities, he added. Last year, about 56 percent of delays were caused by weather conditions, compared with 29.5 percent the previous year, he said. Meanwhile, flight delays caused by airlines' poor management and air traffic control have been reduced to less than 10 percent each. "Although weather has been the major reason for flight delays, there is still space to improve," he said.

Police and firefighters were called to the airport to assist with a damaged EasyJet plane earlier this evening. The aircraft was damaged following a collision with a tug on the ground. The incident is causing some disruption to flights. A GMP spokesman said: ―Police and firefighters are there to assist with getting passengers back to the lounge. ―We have not received reports of any casualties. Police are involved as they would be with any other incident at the airport.‖
