مصر للطٌران تستأنف رحالتها إلى طوكٌو السبت بعد توقف 4 سنوات إنجً خلٌفة
تبدأ مصر للطٌران أولى رحالتها إلى مطار نارٌتا بالعاصمة الٌابانٌة طوكٌو ،مساء السبت 28أكتوبر ،بعد توقف دام 4سنوات ،وذلك على طائرة من طراز البوٌنج B777-300ERالذي ٌتسع لعدد 346راكبا . وقالت مصادر بالشركة إن من المقرر أن تسٌر الشركة رحلة أسبوعٌا مساء كل ٌوم سبت قابلة للزٌادة فى حال تزاٌد الطلب واإلقبال على المقصد السٌاحً. ٌذكر أن مصرللطٌران كانت تسٌر رحالت مباشرة إلى مدٌنتً طوكٌو وأوزاكا بالٌابان ولكنها توقفت فً أعقاب ثورة ٌناٌر ثم استأنفت لفترة محدودة إلى أن توقفت تماما فً عام 2013النخفاض الحركة السٌاحٌة الوافدة من الٌابان وعدم جدوى تشغٌل الخط اقتصادٌا فً ذلك الوقت.
ٌأتً استئناف تشغٌل هذا الخط من منطلق الحرص على التواجد فً السوق الٌابانً ،فضالً عن أهمٌة رحالت طوكٌو فً تغذٌة خطوط مصر للطٌران بالمسافرٌن عبر القاهرة إلى أوروبا وأفرٌقٌا وخطوط ما بعد القاهرة. جاء ذلك فً ضوء توجٌهات شرٌف فتحً وزٌر الطٌران المدنً فً دعم الحركة السٌاحٌة الوافدة إلى مصر خاصة من السوق األسٌوي وفً إطار الدور الذي تقوم به الشركة الوطنٌة مصرللطٌران فً زٌادة حجم التبادل التجاري واالقتصادي وتدعٌم أواصر العالقات مع دول الشرق األقصى بما ٌخدم توجهات الدولة.

رئٌس مستشفى مصر للطٌران :خطة تطوٌر حدٌثة بإعادة توظٌف العمالة عبدالخالق خلٌفة:
أكد الدكتور عادل مزروع ،رئٌس مستشفى مصر للطٌران ،أن المستشفى بدأ خطة تطوٌر حدٌثة ،حٌث تم إنشاء وحدة أسنان جدٌدة ،بقٌمة نصف ملٌون جنٌه ،وذلك فى إطار خطة المستشفى لترشٌد النفقات. وقال مزروع ،إنه تم نقل الوحدة إلى مكان مجهز من خالل استغالل اإلمكانات والعمالة الفنٌة ،هذا بخالف وحدة اللٌزك التى تكلف نقلها لمكانها الجدٌد 100 مقدرا لها مبلغ 2ملٌون جنٌه، ألف جنٌه من خالل توظٌف العمالة ،حٌث كان ً وهذا ٌرجع إلى فكرنا الجدٌد بإعادة توظٌف العمالة وترشٌد النفقات واستغالل المتاح بخالف عٌادة رسم العصب والعضالت ووحدة القسطرة الجدٌدة.

ثالث بنوك محلٌة تدرس إقراض "مصر للطٌران" 870ملٌون دوالر دعت شركة مصر للطٌران ،مجموعة من البنوك المحلٌة ،إلى السعى لتدبٌر قرض ضخم بحدود 870ملٌون دوالر ،بغرض تموٌل جزء من شراء 33طائرة ،أعلن عنها وزٌر الطٌران المدنى ،شرٌف فتحى ،منتصف العام الجارى ،ومن المقرر حسم الصفقة الشهر المقبل. وقالت مصادر مطلعة لجرٌدة "المال" إن الشركة القابضة للطٌران ،خاطبت أكبر 3بنوك حكومٌة (مصر واألهلى والقاهرة) ،للعمل على تدبٌر التموٌل ،بالتعاون مع باقى المصارف المحلٌة ،وحددت نهاٌة الشهر الجارى ،موعدا نهائٌا للتقدم بالعروض. ورجح مسئول بشركة مصر للطٌران القابضة ،اإلعالن عن نتائج المناقصة الخاصة بالطائرات الجدٌدة ،خالل نوفمبر المقبل ،بقٌمة تتجاوز 3ملٌارات دوالر، كاشفة عن بدء مفاوضات مع شركة "بومباردٌٌه" الكندٌة ،لتموٌل شراء 12 طائرة من إجمالى الصفقة ،بٌنما تجرى المناقشات مع عدد من البنوك المحلٌة، ونظٌراتها الدولٌة لتموٌل باقى الصفقة. وتصنف "بومباردٌٌه" على أنها ثالث أكبر شركة عالمٌة فى مجال تصنٌع الطائرات ،وٌقع مقرها الرئٌسى فى مونتلاير (كندا) ،وٌتم تداول أسهمها فى بورصة تورونتو لألوراق المالٌة ،وحققت إٌرادات بلغت 16.3ملٌار دوالر بنهاٌة العام الماضى دٌسمبر .2016

الطائرة رقم 68لـ"مصر للطٌران" تبدأ أولى رحالتها إلى تونس الثالثاء تبدأ طائرة مصر للطٌران الجدٌدة "الثامنة " فى نقل أولى رحالتها صباح غدا الثالثاء 24 أكتوبر إلى تونس. ٌأتً ذلك بعدما وصلت إلى القاهرة من مصنع بٌونج مساء السبت الماضً . وقالت مصادر بالشركة الوطنٌة لمصر للطٌران ،إن الطائرة الثامنة الجدٌدة من طراز ،B737-800 NGستقوم بأولً رحالتها ،غدا الثالثاء إلى تونس . كانت مصر للطٌران تسلمت الطائرة الثامنة وذلك ضمن الصفقة التى تمت مؤخرا مع شركة بوٌنج العالمٌة وتضم 9طائرات من نفس الطراز على أن تصل الطائرة المتبقٌه مع نهاٌة هذا العام وبهذا تصبح هذه الطائرة رقم 28من نفس الطراز والـ 68بأسطول الشركة الوطنٌة.

تلقت سلطات مطار القاهرة الدولى ،الٌوم االثنٌن 5 ،إخطارات من شركات الطٌران العاملة فى المطار بإلغاء إقالع 5رحالت طٌران دولٌة لعدم جدواها اقتصادٌا لقلة الركاب. وأفاد مصدر مالحى بمطار القاهرة أن سلطات المطار تلقت 3إخطارات من الشركة المصرٌة العالمٌة للطٌران بإلغاء إقالع رحلتها 106المتجهة إلى ٌنبع، و 486المتجهة إلى القصٌم ،و 104المتجهة إلى الطائف ،لعدم جدواها اقتصادٌا لقلة الركاب. كما تلقت سلطات المطار إخطار من شركة تاركو للطٌران بإلغاء إقالع رحلتها 113المتجهة إلى الخرطوم ،كما تلقت إخطارا من الخطوط السعودٌة بإلغاء إقالع رحلتها 324المتجهة إلى الدمام. وأفاد المصدر أنه تم التنسٌق مع سلطات المطار لسفر الركاب على متن رحالت طٌران أخرى.

الوفد األمنى الفرنسى ٌبدأ تفتٌشه على مطار القاهرة محمود السعدى
بدأ وفد أمنً فرنسً الٌوم اإلثنٌن ،بمتابعة إجراءات التأمٌن على الركاب والبضائع والطائرات بمطار القاهرة الدولى خاصة الخطوط الفرنسٌة المتجهة إلى بارٌس. وقال مصدر مسئول بالمطار ،إنه فى إطار التفتٌشات الدورٌة والتى تتم على فترات، بدأ وفد أمنى فرنسً ،الٌوم اإلثنٌن ،بعملٌات تفتٌش على إجراءات األمن المتبعة على رحالت الخطوط الفرنسٌة المتجهة إلى بارٌس تتضمن تفتٌش الركاب وحقائبهم منذ دخولهم إلى صالة السفر وحتى صعودهم إلى الطائرة ،باإلضافة إلى تفقد إجراءات األمن المتبعة على شحن الطرود والسلع فى قرٌة البضائع. وقد بدأ الوفد الفرنسً جوالته بعقد اجتماع مع مسئولً األمن بسلطة الطٌران المدنً المصري لالتفاق على جدول وخط سٌر التفتٌش والتنسٌق بٌنهما ،كما ٌقوم وفد أمنى إماراتً نهاٌة هذا األسبوع بإجراء تفتٌش مماثل على رحالت طٌران االتحاد المتوجهة إلى أبوظبى. وأشار المصدر إلى أن سلطات مطار القاهرة الدولً أنهت استعداداتها الستقبال وفد من هٌئة سالمة النقل األمرٌكً " "TSAوسلطة الطٌران البرٌطانً إلجراء تفتٌشها الدوري على إجراءات األمن المتبعة لتأمٌن الركاب والتى تتم كل 3أشهر ،من خالل متابعة الركاب منذ دخولهم إلى صالة السفر حتى صعودهم إلى الطائرة والخطوات التى تتم على الحقائب واألمتعة ثم طرود البضائع ،مع التركٌز على الطائرات المتجهة إلى نٌوٌورك ولندن. وكان مطار القاهرة الدولً ،قد شهد خالل الثالثة أشهر الماضٌة ،العدٌد من التفتٌشات األمنٌة األوروبٌة واألمرٌكٌة والكندٌة والروسٌة وبعض منظمات الطٌران المدنً، وتمت اإلشادة بجمٌع الترتٌبات واإلجراءات األمنٌة التى تتخذها السلطات المختصة، حٌث لم ٌب ُد أن هناك أٌة تعلٌقات أو مالحظات ،كما حصل المطار على شهادة أفضل مطار فى قارة إفرٌقٌا فى السالمة الجوٌة لعام .2016
http://www.dostor.org «طٌران اإلمارات » تطلق أسعارا خاصة لزٌارة دبً عبر الدار البٌضاء قال وكٌل الوزارة لشئون الطٌران المدنً بوزارة المواصالت واالتصاالت ،إن حركة الشحن نموا غٌر مسبوق بنسبة % 10خالل الشهور التسعة الجوي بمطار البحرٌن الدولً حققت ً األولى من عام .2017 وأوضح محمد ثامر الكعبً ،حسب ما ذكرته وكالة االنباء البحرٌنٌة (بنا) ،الٌوم اإلثنٌن ،أن حجم الشحن الجوي بلغ 174.856ألف طن فى عام 2017طن مقارنة 159.032ألف طن فى نفس الفترة من عام .2016 ٌُشار إلى أن عملٌات الشحن الجوي تقدم دورها فى خدمة االقتصاد الوطنً وتحوٌل مطار البحرٌن الدولً إلى مطار محوري فى نقل البضائع ،وتوفٌر متطلبات النمو االقتصادي الذي تشهده المملكة فى كل المجاالت. ٌذكر أن الرئٌس التنفٌذي لشركة مطار البحرٌن ،كشف عن أنه تم نقل إدارة مشٌرا فى الوقت ذاته إلى أن شركة مواقف السٌارات فى مبنى المطار الحالً إلى الشركة، ً مطار البحرٌن ستتولى اإلدارة الذاتٌة لمواقف السٌارات فى مطار البحرٌن الجدٌد. وتبلغ التكلفة اإلجمالٌة لمشروع تطوٌر المطار 1.1ملٌار دوالر أمرٌكٌبتموٌل مشترك من صندوق أبوظبً للتنمٌة وحكومة البحرٌن ،وستكمالن على مرحلتٌن حتى العام ،2020 على أن ٌستوعب المشروع التحدٌث 14ملٌون مسافر سنو ًٌا.

ناسا" تختبر أجنحة طٌران تقلل من استهالك الوقود كشفت اإلدارة الوطنٌة األمرٌكٌة للمالحة الجوٌة والفضاء (ناسا) عن إجراء اختبارات خاصة على أجنحة الطٌران الخاصة بطائرات الرحالت الشخصٌة من طراز "بندي وٌنغ"، حٌث سٌمكن لهذه التصمٌمات التً ٌراها المراقبون غرٌبة بعض الشًء ،أن تحسن من كفاءة استهالك الوقود فً هذا النوع من الطائرات. وتجرى االختبارات الحالٌة على طائرة "لوكهٌد مارتن إكس "56-من دون طٌار، والمصممة لالستكشاف والطٌران على علو شاهق ،والتً تعمل بالرفرفة النشطة من دون صوت ،حٌث تعمل الوكالة على تطوٌر هذه الطائرة لتكون ذات استخدامات أوسع بالتقنٌات الحالٌة ذاتها. وتطمح وكالة ناسا من خالل هذه االختبارات إلى إنتاج طائرات ٌمكنها التحلٌق بسرعات عالٌة تفوق سرعة الصوت ،بأجنحة تساعد الطائرة على استهالك كمٌات أقل من الوقود، وبالتالً زٌادة المسافة التً تقطعها الطائرة ،فً حٌن أكدت الوكالة أنها اعتمدت النماذج الصغٌرة ،لتفادي رفرفة الجناح العالٌة بسبب مرونته وخفته. وتقول الوكالة إن النموذج األولً ٌمكن أن ٌُستخدم لتغٌٌر كبٌر فً التصمٌمات المستقبلٌة، وٌبلغ طول طائرة النموذج X-56من طراز "ناسا 7.5أقدام ،مع جناحٌن بطول 28قدماً، حٌث سٌعمل تصمٌم األجنحة الخاص على تثبٌت الطائرة فً الهواء ،والتقلٌل من استهالك الوقود ،فً حٌن أكدت "ناسا" أن الطائرة ستعمل بمحركً توربٌن طراز P200-SXبقوة 23.5كٌلوغراما ً. ووفقا ً لموقع "ناسا" ،فإن الطائرة ُجهزت بنظام "المظلة البالٌستٌة" ،الذي ٌهدف إلى استرداد جسم الطائرة والغالبٌة العظمى من أنظمة الطائرة فً حال فشل جناح الطٌران ،فً حٌن أشار الموقع إلى إجراء سلسلة من الرحالت البحثٌة فً نوفمبر المقبل؛ إلثبات نجاح تكنولوجٌا تصمٌم الطائرات بأجنحة مرنة للغاٌة ،وخفٌفة الوزن.

Boeing 787 Dreamliner to join Egypt Air’s fleet soon A delegation from Egypt Air recently paid a visit to the largest airplane factory in the world, Everett, located in Seattle US. During the factory visit the delegation inspected the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, one of the most popular planes worldwide. According to the state-run newspaper of Akhabr Al-Youm, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner is expected to join the Egypt Air fleet soon. The delegation listened to a presentation on the specifications and features of the Boeing, and toured the manufacture line. The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is an American long-haul, mid-size widebody, twin-engine jet airliner made by Boeing Commercial Airplanes. The planes seat 242 to 335 passengers in a typical three-class seating configurations. This particular Boeing is the first airliner with an airframe constructed primarily of composite materials. The 787 was designed to be 20 percent more fuel efficient than the Boeing 767, which it was intended to replace. The 787 Dreamliner’s distinguishing features include mostly electrical flight systems, raked wingtips, and noise-reducing chevrons on its engine nacelles. It shares a common type rating with the larger Boeing 777 to allow qualified pilots to operate both models.

South African regional airline Airlink acquires Embraer E-Jets October 24, 2017: Southern Africa’s largest regional airline, Airlink, is joining the E-Jet operator’s family. The airline is acquiring five E-Jets - three E170s and two E190s, from ECC Leasing, a wholly-owned Embraer subsidiary. Airlink will start to receive the aircraft in the first half of 2017. Airlink already operates a large fleet of ERJ aircraft – last December, the airline started to add 11 further ERJ 140 jets to its fleet. By the end of the fourth quarter of 2017, the airline will be operating 30 ERJs, comprising all three types - ERJ 135, ERJ 140 and the ERJ 145. Rodger Foster, CEO, Airlink, said,”This is the beginning of the implementation of a well planned growth and modernisation strategy for Airlink that includes replacing our current fleet of Avro RJ85s over the next three years. The strategy calls for a total of 13 E-Jets, and we are in the process of sourcing the balance of the fleet requirement – an additional 8 E190s – from the market. The unique performance characteristics of the EJet family will enable Airlink to operate within the challenging environment of the region, including short field and ‘hot and high’ operations, while managing capacity and providing for growth.“

Airports Company South Africa alerts bidders on tender scam October 24, 2017: Airports Company South Africa has urged the bidder responding to the company’s tenders to be extra vigilant following the uncovering of a tender scam using its name. Airports Company South Africa was alerted about the scam by bidders who had responded to tender requests received by email. Through the email, the scamsters had asked the bidders to sent quotations or to deliver goods. These emails also required the bidders to respond to tenders by depositing a certain amount into a bank account to obtain full tender documents. Interestingly, these emails had the Airports Company South Africa logo, names and employee contact details. However, a closer look at the senders email address shows that it is not a legitimate Airports Company email address. In a statement the Airport Company South Africa has clarified that ”There is no requirement of deposits to access its tender documents, as all tenders above R500 000 are published on the National Treasury E-Tender portal.“ Airports Company South Africa urges all bidder or potential bidder who has fallen victim to this scam to lay charges with the South African Police Services (SAPS).

One of Africa’s least connected countries is giving foreign travelers free Wi-Fi Accessing the internet is a continuously problematic issue in Ethiopia. Internet penetration remains very low across the country, with just over 15% of the over 100-million people currently online, according to the World Bank. The government also regularly shuts down the internet, blocks social media outlets, and bans news websites that report on antigovernment protests. Freedom House, the US-based advocacy group, lists Ethiopia as ”not free“ when it comes to internet access and press freedom. This is incongruous with Ethiopia’s standing as a host to one of the world’s largest diplomatic hubs, and is a major destination for conferences and tourism. The government also continuously markets the country as a hospitable place to operate for foreign investors, including those in the global apparel industry.

Nigeria’s aviation industry set to meet projected 7.2 billion passenger traffic, says NCAA DG Capt. Muhtar Usman, the Director-General, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), has raised the hope of the country’s aviation industry meeting the projected 7.2 billion air passenger traffic by 2030. Usman spoke at a workshop on Global Air Navigation Plan organised by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) in Lagos on Monday. He said Nigeria was well positioned to contribute to the expected surge in global air travel by 2030 which according to ICAO and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) projection will be about 7.2 billion. Usman said : ”We are all aware of the projection by both ICAO and IATA that global traffic volume which was 3.7 billion in 2016 is expected to double by 2030 (15 years seasonal growth). ”Thus it imperative that we urgently develop and implement short, medium and long term plans in line with the global and regional air navigation plans, in order to achieve demand and capacity balancing with an acceptable level of safety performance. “
(2) He hoped that Nigeria within the period would have increased its infrastructure and its regulations, stressing that with this plan, the country would not be left behind. ”In the spirit of ‘NO-Country-Left-Behind’ as being professed by our own President of ICAO, Dr Olmuyiwa Aliu, this workshop has been put in place to ensure that we key into it that Nigeria is not left behind. ”In terms of regulation and infrastructure, we want to make sure that we are not left behind.“ In his contributions, Mr Stephen Cremer, the Director of Air Navigation Bureau, ICAO, said through the seminar, ICAO would get to know the prospects and the challenges of Nigeria towards the global 2030 global air traffic projection. Cremer urged Nigeria take the lead in the Africa’s aviation industry in order to help contribute to developments on the continent. He said : ”We want to share our views in a way that it is meaningful to you. There is no any country in the world that can say it has all the navigational equipment. ”We have challenges everywhere which are not unique, but the way we approach them is what matters.“ On his part, Mr Prosper Minto’o, the Deputy Regional Director, ICAO, said Nigeria was considered as a leader on the continent in terms of its economic and aviation potential. He noted that the global aviation industry needed to modernise the system and Nigeria had been a pioneer in the introduction of satellite technology in the region since early 1990s. Minto’o, however, said the navigational aids of the 1990s required upgrade to be in tandem with the modern global technologies.(NAN)

CargoLogicAir increases frequency of its London-Dubai-Hong Kong service October 23, 2017: The only British all-cargo airline, CargoLogicAir (CLA) has launched its second new scheduled cargo service with a new weekly route connecting London and Frankfurt with Dubai and Hong Kong. Departing from London every Saturday, CLA’s new Boeing 747-8 Freighter will offer customers 135 tonnes of cargo capacity per week from Europe to the Middle East and Hong Kong, and a direct Hong Kong-London Stansted service which arrives back into the UK every Monday. This latest new route follows the launch of CargoLogicAir’s first scheduled operation in August when the airline introduced twiceweekly Boeing 747-400 flights from Stansted Airport every Wednesday and Saturday to Mexico City International Airport via Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This service also incorporates stops in Houston, Frankfurt and Abu Dhabi, enabling CLA also to offer customers a wide choice of Europe-Mexico, EuropeMiddle East and U.S.-Middle East connections. Steve Harvey, chief commercial officer of CargoLogicAir, said, “We have always been extremely positive about the demand for a British cargo airline and the strength of the UK export and import markets, and this is being proven by the level of support we are receiving, particularly from multi-national freight forwarders. Our UK-Mexico service has exceeded our expectations regarding its operational and commercial performance to the extent that we are now looking to add a third weekly frequency on the route in early 2018 to support the level of business investment and market growth in Mexico.”

It launched its first scheduled cargo route after taking delivery of its third Boeing 747 freighter in May 2017. In the first half of 2017, CLA’s ACMI and charter operations enabled it to report 44 percent growth year-on-year.

New Laptop Ban Could Target Checked Luggage According to the Associated Press, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has filed a paper with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), which sets global aviation safety standards, urging a ban on large electronic devices like laptops from checked luggage because of the risk of fire posed by lithium-ion batteries. In a series of 10 FAA tests, lithium-powered laptops were forced into a ”thermal runaway“ by a heater, causing large fires. In one test, in which an aerosol can of dry shampoo was strapped to the laptop, the aerosol can exploded, leaded to a fire that officials said could overwhelm an aircraft’s fire suppression system and lead to the loss of the plane. (The aerosol can was of a type that would be allowed in checked luggage.) The ban proposal is on the agenda for an ICAO meeting this week and the next in Montreal, the Associated Press said. The paper does not say whether or not the ban should extend to domestic flights.
(2) This summer U.S. officials announced a ban on laptops and other large electronic devices to flights from 10 airports in the Middle East and North Africa. That ban ended in July when the affected airports implemented a new series of security measures aimed at preventing terrorists from smuggling explosives disguised within large electronics onboard airplanes. Throughout the time this summer’s laptop ban was in place, it drew criticism from a number of travel industry organizations, particularly as rumors of a proposed expansion continued to swirl over the time it was implemented. One forecast from the Business Travel Coalition (BTC) warned that an expansion to flights from Europe could have affected as many as 3,500 flights per week over the course of the summer. According to the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), the ban, as well as political uncertainty stemming from factors like Brexit and the Trump Administration’s travel ban, could lead to a $1.3 billion loss in travel-related expenditures in the United States this year.
