http://www.mc-doualiya.com/ شركة طٌران سعودٌة تبرم عقد شراء 80طائرة "إٌرباص" أمرٌكٌة وقعت شركة "طٌران ناس" السعودٌة للرحالت المتدنٌة الكلفة االثنٌن فً الرٌاض اتفاقا لشراء ثمانٌن طائرة اٌرباص من نوع "اٌه 320-نٌو" بقٌمة 8,6ملٌارات دوالرٌ ،تضمن اٌضا خٌار شراء اربعٌن طائرة اخرى لم ٌحدد طرازها.واعلن رئٌس مجلس ادارة الشركة عاٌض الجعٌد خالل حفل توقٌع العقد ان االتفاق ٌتضمن خٌار شراء 40طائرة اخرى للرحالت القصٌرة والمتوسطة سٌتٌح لشركته تلبٌة الطلب المتزاٌد على الرحالت الداخلٌة. وكانت شركة المملكة القابضة التً ٌرأسها االمٌر الولٌد بن طالل التً تملك 34 بالمئة من أسهم "طٌران ناس" اعلنت الخمٌس عن االتفاق لكن من دون تحدٌد عدد الطائرات التً ستطلبها. ووقع بندر المهنا الرئٌس التنفٌذي لمجموعة ناس القابضة التً تضم "طٌران ناس" االتفاق مع فؤاد عطار مدٌر الشركة المصنعة االوروبٌة فً الشرق االوسط. واكد فً مؤتمر صحافً اعقب مراسم التوقٌع ،ان الطلبٌة ستتٌح لطٌران ناس ان تلعب دورا اساسٌا فً سوق النقل الجوي االقلٌمً. وقال مسؤولون فً شركة طٌران ناس ان تسلٌم الطائرات الجدٌدة سٌبدأ فً 2018 على ان ٌمتد حتى العام .2026 وتشغل شركة الطٌران التً تأسست قبل عشر سنوات ،حصرٌا طائرات اٌرباص اٌه 320وتؤجر نحو 30من هذه الطائرات وٌتجاوز عدد ركابها ستة مالٌٌن راكب سنوٌا ،بحسب مدراء الشركة. وتركز الشركة عملٌاتها فً شبه الجزٌرة العربٌة والمنطقة المجاورة لها. واضاف المهنا "تركٌزنا االساسً هو على خدمة المملكة العربٌة السعودٌة" التً تشكل %70من رحالت الشركة. وشركة الخطوط الجوٌة السعودٌة هً الشركة الرئٌسٌة فً المملكة ،وتعتزم توسٌع اسطولها الى 200طائرة بحلول .2020 ونقلت الخطوط السعودٌة اكثر من 29ملٌون راكب فً ،2015وفً حزٌرانٌ/ونٌو من العام الماضً تقدمت بطلبٌة بقٌمة 8ملٌارات دوالر لشراء 50طائرة اٌرباص للرحالت الداخلٌة.

http://www.mc-doualiya.com/ ودخلت السوق السعودي شركتان جدٌدتان هما "نسما" و"السعودٌة الخلٌجٌة" واطلقتا رحالت داخلٌة .اال ان الجعٌد قال فً حفل التوقٌع "نحن ال نعتقد ان هذه المنافسة تهددنا". سوق شابة وفً اطار رؤٌة المملكة 2030التً اعلنتها الرٌاض فً نٌسان/ابرٌل الماضً، تعتزم السعودٌة تنوٌع اقتصادها المعتمد على النفط. ومن بٌن الخطوات لتحقٌق ذلك تطوٌر قطاع السٌاحة وخصخصة الخدمات الحكومٌة خاصة خدمات المطارات ،وربط شبكات المواصالت لجعل السعودٌة مركزا اقلٌمٌا للخدمات اللوجستٌة .كما تدعو الخطوة الى زٌادة عدد المعتمرٌن الى مكة المكرمة والمدٌنة المنورة. وقال بول باٌرن الرئٌس التنفٌذي لشركة "طٌران ناس" لوكالة فرانس برس عقب التوقٌع "نتوقع زٌادة عدد الركاب بشكل كبٌر من الحجاج من الداخل والعالم". وقال ان "طٌران ناس" تخدم حالٌا نحو نصف مطارات المملكة ،فً حٌن تشكل باقً المطارات مجاال لتوسع اعمال الشركة ،مشٌرا الى ان نسبة الشباب من السكان ٌعتبر عامال اخر ٌساعد على توسع اعمال الشركة. واكثر من نصف عدد السعودٌٌن هم دون سن 25عاما. واضاف باٌرن "عدد السعودٌٌن الشباب االن كبٌر ما ٌعنً الكثٌر من العمل لشركات الطٌران فً السنوات والعقود المقبلة". وقال ان امتالك الطائرات بدال من تاجٌرها ٌمنح الشركة المزٌد من التحكم فً مستقبلها المالً. واكد ان استئجار طائرات جدٌدة "كان سٌكلف اكثر بكثٌر" مضٌفا ان جدول "طٌران ناس" لشراء الطائرات ٌتضمن تسلٌم عدد اقصاه عشر طائرات "اٌه 320نٌو" خالل عام. وحتى قبل الكشف عن خطتها لالصالح االقتصادي ،كانت المملكة التً تمتلك اكبر اقتصاد فً العالم العربً ،تنفق ملٌارات الدوالرات على بناء وتحدٌث المطارات. وقالت شركة اٌرباص االسبوع الماضً انها سلمت عددا قٌاسٌا من الطائرات التجارٌة وصل الى 688طائرة فً 2016متجاوزة هدفها الذي تم رفعه فً تشرٌن الثانً/نوفمبر من 650الى 670طائرة.

ارهاب ام خطأ فنى ؟! وكانت طائرة تابعة إلحدى شركات الطٌران الخاصة الروسٌة قد إنفجرت عقب إنطالقها من مطار شرم الشٌخ وتحدٌدا فى شمال سٌناء ٌوم 30أكتوبر 2015 وتوفى جمٌع ركابها. وإتجهت المؤشرات إألولٌة أن سقوط الطائرة كان نتٌجة عمل إرهابى ولٌس خطأ فنى مما كان وراء قرار الرئٌس الروسى بوتٌن .. لمنع سفر الروس إلى مصر لحٌن التأكد من تأمٌن المطارات المصرٌة وفقا لما متبع فى المطارات العالمٌة. من ناحٌة أخرى من المنتظر خالل األٌام المقبلة وصول وفد أمنى روسى على أعلى مستوى للبدء فى عملٌات تفتٌش موسعة على مطار القاهرة ،خاصة مبنى رقم ،2والذى ستستخدمه شركة طٌران “إٌروفلوت” الروسٌة. لرصد ما تم تنفٌذه فى المبنى ،فٌما ٌتعلق بتركٌب أجهزة البصمة لدخول العاملٌن، وجار حالٌا االنتهاء من تركٌبها قبل وصولهم .

The flight plan called for a stop at Manas Airport on a service to Istanbul from Hong Kong. Although authorities reported intermittent dense fog in the area at the time of the crash, at 1:20 p.m. GMT, local authorities said several airplanes had landed successfully just before the accident and ACT Airlines said in a statement that the crew reported no technical problems during the flight. Manufactured in 2003, the Boeing 747-400 joined ACT Airlines’ fleet on December 10, 2015. ”As with all airplanes in our [fleet], all the maintenance on this airplane was done in a timely and complete manner,“ said the statement. ”According to initial findings, it is understood that the accident was not caused by technical reasons or loadingrelated factors,“ added the airline. ACT Airlines said it has sent two pilot representatives to Manas Airport to help local authorities start the investigation, and that a technical team from the airline has arrived at the accident site. The plane was on a flight from Hong Kong to Istanbul and was due to land at Manas Airport, close to the country’s capital, Bishkek, to refuel. It is understood the plane was attempting to land in poor weather conditions with reduced visibility. It would appear that after crashing in Dachi SUU village, the jet continued on for a few hundred meters, razing mudbrick buildings to the ground that were in its path and damaging many others. Local residents initially thought the village had been struck by an earthquake. Turkish Airlines (THYAO.IS) released a statement that the cargo flight was being operated by ACT Airlines and that neither the Boeing 747-400 aircraft nor the crew belonged to Turkish Airlines. The Turkish cargo operator, ACT Airlines, confirmed the jet was theirs. The airline issued an email stating that: ”Our TC-MCL signed plane, flying on Jan. 16 from Hong Kong to Bishkek, crashed on landing at Bishkek at the end of the runway for an unknown reason“.

Our team which we lost were experienced and specialised flight crew that has carried out their professions with great success for many years. Captain İbrahim Gürcan DİRANCI and First Officer Kazım ÖNDÜL are ex-military pilots who have represented Turkish Air Force for many years abroad. Our Captain has a total of 10,821 flight hours of which 833 hours are on B744. Our First Officer has a total of 5910 flight hours of which 1771 hours are on B744. Our Load Master Melih ASLAN from the flight crew has been working in our Company since 2007 with vocational training and competence of total of 14 years of Load Master experience. Our Flight Technician Ihsan KOCA has served as a technician in the Turkish Air Forces for many years and has been serving in our Company since 2006. According to the first findings, it is understood that the reason of the related accident is not caused by technical reasons or loading related factors. The actual reason of the accident will be shared with the public after the inspection of aircraft and the place where the accident happened. All losses including life and property occurred in the accident is under coverage of insurance. Because of the accident, as ACT Airlines, once again we condole with the mourning people that lost their relatives, Kyrgyz people and Turkish Civil Aviation; and we sincerely share their grief.

https://www.atn.aero When clouds are a good thing for aviation The critical role cloud computing plays in the management of international civil aviation will be presented by Marco Merens, ICAO’s Chief of Integrated Aviation Analysis, at the United Nations World Data Forum taking place in Cape Town today. ”The Accident Notification System is a good example of how ICAO uses the cloud to collect, store, organize, analyze and ultimately share information,“ Merens said. ”Assuming we have an accident that meets the established criteria, the Crisis Response Team at ICAO automatically receives an email and message notifying them of the event, and allowing the organization to run a real-time accident monitoring system. Without the cloud, it would not have been possible to process such a great amount of information in such a short time.“ He explained that in this example, data is collected from various data feeds, citing the Aviation Herald, the Aviation Safety Network and Flight Global as examples of sources. The process consists of downloading data from these feed services every three hours and storing it in the cloud. The data is then processed through Elastic MapReduce or EMR on Amazon, a programming framework that supports the processing of large amounts of unstructured data into smaller tasks. Such high-velocity and high-variety information requires cost-effective and innovative server and computer infrastructures. With its growing involvement in predictive analysis, such as identifying future needs of aviation globally or the most appropriate areas to invest resources in, ICAO started to look into cloud-based solutions a few years ago,“ Merens said. ”Widely available and found under various forms, cloud solutions allow users to take benefit from all new technologies, without the need for deep knowledge about or expertise with each one of them.“ The cloud refers to software and services that run on the Internet, instead of locally on a computer. Services offered by the cloud include computer networks, servers, storage and applications. In a way, the cloud is like a central location where data can be stored and accessed from anywhere at any time, always and as long as the user has a login and password. Data present in the cloud can then be distributed into multiple platforms to produce forecasts and analysis. ICAO’s Integrated Aviation Analysis Section (IAA) transitioned to the cloud in light of this, as it is responsible for sharing safety related datasets and for producing analyses based on these datasets. Replacing the existing Boeing 777-300ER used on this route, the A380 service will mark the airline’s 10th year of operations in Brazil, which it began with daily flights between Dubai and Sao Paulo in October 2007. Back then, Emirates had already made history becoming the first airline to connect the Middle East and South America with a non-stop direct flight service. In 2012, Emirates expanded its presence in Brazil with the start of a daily service between Dubai and Rio de Janeiro. ”The Emirates A380 is an iconic aircraft that continues to excite our customers and set the benchmark for travel comfort in commercial flying. ADVERTISING inRead invented by Teads Members of the Unite union working for BA’s Mixed Fleet operation are to strike from Thursday to Saturday, 19-21 January. The dispute is over what the union calls ”poverty pay“. Unite claims many staff are reporting for duty while unfit, rather than lose the £3 per hour allowance they earn while on duty. During the 48-hour strike last week, The Independent identified 44 cancelled flights, representing 2.75 per cent of the total schedule. BA says all but 1 per cent of flights will operate as normal during the next stoppage. No one can agree what the latest British Airways strike is about The 16 cancellations are of short-haul flights. BA says: ”Customers affected will be able to fly slightly earlier or slightly later.“ Affected passengers also have the option to change the date of departure to avoid the strike days, switch to an alternative city within 300 miles of the original destination, or claim a full refund. .
