3. Generation Beta is named after the the letter "B" of the Greek alphabet. It is the second generation of the 21st century and as it follows generation A (Alpha) that is those people born at the beginning of the century, it is called Generation Beta.

Good morning respected teachers, dear parents, and fellow students,
It is an honour to speak to you today as we celebrate the International Day of Sports. Sports play a vital role in young people’s lives, and I’d like to share why they are so important.
Firstly, sports help us stay physically fit and healthy. With regular activity, we build strength, improve our stamina, and reduce the risk of illness. Secondly, sports teach us essential life skills like teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. These qualities not only help us on the field but also in our studies and future careers.
One sports event that I’ll never forget was our school’s inter-house football tournament last year. I was part of the Blue House team. The excitement, the energy, and the spirit of competition brought us all together. We trained hard for weeks, and when we finally won the finals in a tense penalty shootout, it felt like all our efforts had truly paid off.
In conclusion, sports aren’t just games they are a powerful way to grow, learn, and connect. Let’s continue to play, cheer, and celebrate the spirit of sports together.
