Senior Chronicle YOUR ESSENTIAL ROUND-UP FOR THE WEEK COMMENCING 27 APRIL 2026 Message from the Headmaster On Friday last week, the school day ended with more than a splash of colour as pupils throughout the Senior School took part in the ever-eventful Colour Run. Spirits were high as pupils dashed around the Henderson Fields, finishing the week decorated with paint and smiles. Thank you to the CPA for organising such a memorable event, and to the brave parents who transported boys home afterwards—many of whom were very much in need of a long shower! Last weekend, our Year 10 pupils who are undertaking the Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award completed a highly successful practice expedition. They set off early with great enthusiasm on Saturday morning, returning late on Monday evening a little tired but well prepared for the challenge ahead. I would also like to thank everyone involved in supporting Open Morning this week. Our guests were greatly impressed by the school, our facilities, and particularly our tour guides, who were superb ambassadors for Cranmore. Finally, this evening’s Year 11 Leavers’ Dinner will be a fitting celebration of our GCSE cohort’s journey through the school. We are very much looking forward to coming together to recognise and celebrate all that they have achieved during their time at Cranmore. Mr Everitt
