About The Program: The Master’s program in Urban Design (MSUD) at Effat university establishes a common intellectual ground for architects, planners and landscape architects who intend to practice or advance their knowledge and experience in urban design. It gives the students the unique opportunity to learn about the ecological, social, and economic conditions of cities and the key principles that underpin good urban places and spaces. Graduates will be equipped to pursue careers as urban designer practitioners, academics, researchers, and as officials in municipalities, boroughs, townships, and governmental bodies.
