IEOM Lean Six Sigma The Sigma Hexagonal methodology is a systematic application that focuses on achieving significant financial results and increasing customer satisfaction, and when employed accurately on selected projects, this methodology leads to the reduction or reduction of inefficient processes and their control and the identification and elimination of the causes of defects and errors leading to significant professional gains for enterprises.
By the end of this program, the trainee will be able to perform the following tasks efficiently:
