Copper Kettle Quilt Company patterns are designed to support independent quilt retailers and authorized distribution partners. In order to maintain healthy retail channels and consistent brand representation, the following marketplace guidelines apply.
Authorized Sales Channels
Copper Kettle Quilt Company printed patterns may be sold through:
• Independent quilt shops (brick-and-mortar and shop-operated online stores)
• Authorized distributors and their retail customers
• Authorized retail partners approved by Copper Kettle Quilt Company
Distributor Sales Channel Protection
Copper Kettle Quilt Company values the role distributors and their sales representatives play in supporting independent quilt shops. Products purchased through authorized distributors are intended for resale by legitimate retail businesses serving the quilting community.
Distributors and their customers may not supply Copper Kettle Quilt Company products to unauthorized resellers, marketplace sellers, or liquidation channels that would undermine established retail relationships.
Restricted Marketplace Platforms
Printed patterns may not be listed or sold on mass third-party marketplace platforms without prior written approval from Copper Kettle Quilt Company. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Amazon
• Walmart Marketplace
• eBay
• Temu
• AliExpress
• Other similar open marketplace platforms
These restrictions apply to both distributors and retailers purchasing through distribution.
Pricing Integrity
Retail partners are encouraged to maintain the suggested retail price (MSRP) of Copper Kettle Quilt Company patterns to support healthy margins and consistent brand value across retail channels.
Unauthorized Resellers
Products may not be sold or transferred to third-party resellers or marketplace sellers that are not authorized retailers of Copper Kettle Quilt Company.
Brand Representation
Retailers and distributors may use pattern cover images and product descriptions for the purpose of promoting and selling Copper Kettle Quilt Company patterns. All images remain the property of Copper Kettle Quilt Company and should not be altered without permission.
Policy Updates
Copper Kettle Quilt Company reserves the right to update this policy as needed to support healthy retail partnerships and brand integrity.
