E-Dynamic Scholarship
E-Dynamic courses were first introduced to me when I started online school last year. Since then, I have completed a variety of eDynamic courses that have opened my eyes to subjects I never thought I’d have the opportunity to take. I want to use this essay as an opportunity to express my gratitude for these courses and to explain my journey with eDynamic so far. One of my favorite eDynamic courses has been Careers in Criminal Justice 1a: Introduction. I’ve always been interested in the world of criminal justice, but until now I have never had the opportunity to explore it. This course has allowed me to study a subject I was passionate about and made me realize this is something I could see myself doing in the future. I was enamored with the history this course provided. Learning about ancient Rome and the early American criminal justice system was fascinating. Because of this opportunity, I’ve decided to major in criminal justice, or a related field, in college this fall. When I figured out what major I wanted to explore, it only made sense to fill my schedule with more courses concerning this area. Along with Careers in Criminal Justice 1a: Introduction, I’ve also taken a plethora of courses related to my intended major. Criminology, Law and Order, Forensic Science, and Careers in Criminal Justice 1b are all other courses that have helped me prepare for the future. Because of these courses, I feel more prepared for college classes relating to criminal justice, as they’ve given me the necessary basic information
