The full range of Special Needs Staff
By working in Partnership, we will ensure you have access to suitably experienced staff for both short term cover and long-term/ permanent placements. We recognise that continuity is vital for many settings, so we will prioritise familiar faces and preferred pools of staff, and offer alternative solutions when necessary.
We recruit teachers and support staff with the skills and wide range of experience to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs, within both mainstream or specialist settings.

Our teachers and support staff have access to CPD in areas such as Autism Awareness, Team Teach Training, De-escalation, Behaviour Management, Inclusive Teaching, SEND modules and more. This ongoing development keeps their skills sharp- and ensures your classroom remains inclusive.
We hold the REC Gold Standard and are CCS Framework approved. In addition to this, we have an in-house Designated Safeguarding Lead and wider Safeguarding Team. Our 4.9/5 average Google ratings are demonstrative of the high levels of service we offer to both our schools and educators.

All candidates go through vetting in accordance with DfE standards, to include; an in-depth interview, reference and DBS checks (via our team-based Compliance officers) and in-person document check. Many are prepared to begin straight away or through trial days, offering you flexibility and confidence in your staffing decisions. We offer a ‘Free Trial Day’ for a shortlisted long term/ permanent candidate- in which we pay the candidate, not you.
