Teacher as Professional Know and Understand: Have a clear understanding of safeguarding and statutory responsibilities. Learn how to build effective professional relationships, including with parents and carers and other members of school communities. Develop your reflective practice through the embedded use of professional learning conversations with your mentor and other colleagues

Know and Understand: Learn that effective assessment is critical to teaching and supporting pupils to make progress. Learn how to use assessment techniques in an efficient, manageable and timely manner. Learn which assessment techniques are particularly effective for your subject/phase
