Sending a child abroad for the first time can be an anxious occasion for any parent. With EF both child and parent can relax. From the moment you drop your child off at the airport to the day of return, our professional staff will remain alongside your child for the duration of their course. Our supervisory ratio of 1:8, students:adults for ages 7-9 means there will always be someone on hand to offer advice and support whenever your child should need it.
The needs and interests of elementary students are different. At EF, we have developed an EF Junior curriculum specifically to match the interests and learning pattern of this age group. Taught by local English teachers; lessons include group assignments, roleplays, debates and real-world tasks such as ordering in cafés and playing interactive games.
You’ll perfect your language skills with first-hand experiences. With EF, you have the choice to enrol in language courses that offer an array of learning environments to suit your interests and goals. Study alongside fellow students from around the world in classes taught by native speaking teachers. Educational visits to cultural and historical sightseeing spots will give you the opportunity to practice what you have learned in real-life situations.

NEW COURSES FOR 2016 EF LANGUAGE & FOOTBALL Take your language course onto the training pitches of Chelsea FC and follow in the footsteps of the club’s international superstars. You’ll hone both your football and language skills through a mix of fun-filled practical sessions with Chelsea FC Foundation coaches and interactive theory lessons with EF teachers. Lessons are based on nutrition and fitness while practical sessions are designed to develop your communication skills and football technique. Age: 7-10 and 10 -13 years old Locations: Newland Park, UK Lessons: A mix of practical and theory sessions. Three days of sessions are spent at Chelsea FC’s training ground in Cobham, South London, with two days at Newland Park’s onsite football pitches.
