The start of a new school year brings a fresh perspective and new opportunities to classrooms across the country. At Educate Texas, we are passionate about evaluating how we can bring lasting impact and sizeable change to students, teachers, and classrooms statewide. With the unprecedented challenges seen in the last two years, we usher in this new year with the hope of getting back to a sense of “normalcy” and promise of rooting our work in our vision and mission: Vision - All Texas students, especially African American, Latino, and economically-disadvantaged students, earn a college degree or credential that leads to a living wage and thriving communities. Mission - As a trusted change agent, we increase academic achievement and educational equity by leading programs, policy, and partnerships. As we pave the path forward, we are encouraged by the progress we have seen over the last few years and challenged to continue working alongside our partners to help shape a future that is equitable for all students.
