El tema del uso del tiempo es muy complejo y ha sido discutido desde diferentes ángulos; sin embargo, vale la pena abordarlo no solamente desde el punto de vista de la eficacia, sino también relacionarlo con la atención, darse cuenta de cómo lo utilizamos.

Hay diferentes demandas de tiempo a las que debemos satisfacer: el compromiso profesional, la familia, la vida social, las aficiones, etc , el reparto más idóneo para una persona no lo es para otra.

The topic of time use is very complex and has been discussed from different angles; However, it is worth approaching it not only from the point of view of effectiveness, but also relating it to attention, realizing how we use it.

There are different demands on our time that we must satisfy: professional commitment, family, social life, hobbies, etc., the most suitable allocation for one person is not the best for another.

Es un proyecto de diseño de una casa-habitación, incluyendo su catálogo de conceptos de lo necesario para poder construirlo. También fue necesario checar las especificaciones y normas en México para no tener ningún contratiempo.

In this project we talk about the critical path. The critical path is the sequence of activities that determines the shortest possible duration to complete a project. These activities are those that cannot be delayed without affecting the total duration of the project. Therefore, any delay in an activity on the critical path will delay the entire project. It is crucial for project planning and control. By doing this project, I was able to learn that the critical path is extremely important for planning and controlling work.

Contraventeo/Contravent:

Se puede ver en la foto el contraventeo. El contraventeo es una técnica importante en la construcción que se utiliza para reforzar y estabilizar estructuras contra fuerzas laterales como el viento o los movimientos sísmicos, mejorando así su resistencia y durabilidad.

You can see the contravent in the photo. Bracing is an important construction technique used to reinforce and stabilize structures against lateral forces such as wind or seismic movements, thus improving their strength and durability.
