Terms of the sale are cash or check, payable during or immediately following the sale and before cattle will be released. Cattle will not be transferred until paid for in full.
Herd Health
Proper health certificates for immediate interstate shipment will accompany all sale lots. All bred females will be pregnancy examined.
Guarantee
Lots are fully guaranteed under the Suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Simmental Association and the American Angus Association.
Registration Certificates
Each animal will be transferred to the buyer at the seller’s expense. Buyers must be sure to give the clerk the proper name and address for making transfers. All calves born before the sale are to be registered by the seller; all born after the sale are to be registered by the purchaser.

Again the sale location will be at the Sunset View sale facility in Auburn, Ky. Ken Butner of KenCo and his crew want to welcome past attendees and invite new breeders and individuals from across the country to attend this years sale. You will be pleased with the selection and the genetics available to you the customer. The quality is over the top with genetics. KenCo and all the sale crew has a combined offering of Simmental, Angus, and SimAngus and continues to improve and breed cattle that will work for their customers and the industry. This years offering is definitely the best yet at the Family Matters Sale. KenCo has stepped up the quality along with all the other breeders. As you view the pictures and the pedigrees of the sale offering please make note of the consistency and predictability of the cow families offered to you the customer. The sale offering consists of a few proven donors that have been profitable and can continue to be for any operation. The open heifer group is a good set with potential galore. The bred heifers and cows are some of the best you will find with good pedigrees. All the cows in this sale are proven and have been money makers and will continue to do so. At KenCo this spring, the calf crop was way short on females so there offering is devoted to more breds heifers and bred cows We are pleased to hear good responses and customer success stories over the years, please pass on to Ken, Randy and Brian about your purchases. This cow combines a predictable pedigree backed by generations of elite producers plus has a complete design in a balanced and stylish package. The most important factor is T18’s producing ability.
