GENERAL INFORMATION SALE: Cash-Good Check. The auctioneer’s decision is final on any disputed bids. Ownership changes hands when the sheep are sold in the ring. REGISTRATION: All sheep sold as registered will be transferred to new owner at the seller’s expense. HEALTH CERTIFICATES: Official health certificates will be furnished. GUARANTEE: Each consignor guarantees ewes consigned by him/her to be breeders if properly handled. If any ewe is not a breeder, the consignor will replace it with another of equal value, or other satisfactory settlement. Any ewe to be returned must be in approximately the same condition as when purchased. The buyer must notify the seller and the Wisconsin Sheep Breeders Cooperative of the ewe’s failure to lamb within four weeks of her last possible lambing date. All exposed ewe lambs are not guaranteed bred. The management of the sale will make every effort to secure fair and just treatment for all buyers and sellers, but will not be responsible for the safety of persons, entries, nor for representation regarding entries.
