EC’s commercial construction department has proven capabilities to meet all of a project’s electrical needs, including complete turnkey solutions. Each project, large or small, is performed with the utmost attention to quality, safety and value.
Starting with the design and budget phase, our project managers lead a project from concept to completion. Our commitment continues after project turnover by providing services for on-going building improvements, service and maintenance.

PREFABRICATION & OFF-SITE MANUFACTURING
Our prefabrication and off-site manufacturing division, Electrical Fabrication Solutions (EFS) maintains a virtual design and construction department including BIM designers, procurement managers, and staffed prefabrication facilities. EC’s BIM team also supports project teams with constructability assessments of existing facilities if needed for preconstruction scopes and estimating.
EC’s BIM, procurement, and prefabrication and off-site manufacturing teams share the same EC facility space. This physical proximity provides real-time coordination and seamless transition from digital concept to fabricated mod ready for kitting, and jobsite delivery and installation, including the following benefits:

• Modular buildouts in controlled environment, reducing jobsite safety risk

ESTIMATING
The Estimating department collaborates closely with operations, accounting, and project teams to build accurate, competitive, and strategic estimates. By analyzing drawings, assessing risk, and supporting preconstruction efforts, our estimators set projects and people up for success.
ACCOUNTING
EC’s Accounting department supports project teams and leadership with accurate financial data, transparency, and compliance. Through project accounting, cost tracking, billing, and reporting, Accounting makes sure that EC teams have the financial clarity they need to perform at a high level.
MARKETING
The Marketing department supports every EC team by strengthening brand identity, driving strategic communications, and amplifying our impact across all markets. From proposals and interviews to digital media, internal communications, and events, Marketing works hand-in-hand with other departments to ensure everyone at EC is supported, aligned, and positioned to succeed.
