We have successfully supported agencies across the Department of Defense (including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers), Department of Energy, and Department of Veteran Affairs, all while maintaining strict compliance with federal contracting requirements, security protocols, safety standards, and quality control expectations. SUBSTATION EXPERIENCE

SUBSTATION CAPABILITIES:

We have extensive experience in handling complex electrical systems, including repairs, inspections, testing, and commissioning of substations.

Our work ensures that substations remain fully operational even during extensive repairs by providing temporary power solutions. Our ability to manage critical facilities requiring 24/7/365 operation further underscores our reliability and proficiency in substation work.

For the past 20 years, EC Electric has been the main service provider for a confidential utilities scale client in Portland, Oregon.

PREFABRICATION & OFF-SITE MANUFACTURING

Our prefabrication and off-site manufacturing division, Electrical Fabrication Solutions (EFS) maintains a virtual design and construction department including BIM designers, procurement managers, and staffed prefabrication facilities. EC’s BIM team also supports project teams with constructability assessments of existing facilities if needed for preconstruction scopes and estimating.

EC’s BIM, procurement, and prefabrication and off-site manufacturing teams share the same EC facility space. This physical proximity provides real-time coordination and seamless transition from digital concept to fabricated mod ready for kitting, and jobsite delivery and installation, including the following benefits:
