1. Annual dues are payable in advance. The first year’s dues must be included with this application. Thereafter, members will be billed annually in the anniversary month of joining.
4. Adjustments of membership dues may be made from time to time by the Echo Board of Directors.
2. Memberships will be terminated 30 calendar days after dues become delinquent. Members terminated may be reinstated upon payment of delinquent dues.
5. Members receive a subscription to the Echo Journal, to access and/or download free membership content, and to receive membership discounts on events and publications.
3. Memberships may be terminated by written notice to the Echo office. No refunds of dues will be made for memberships that are terminated early.
6. Individual membership is limited to individuals living in homeowner associations. Professionals serving common interest developments may not become individual members.

7. *Referral Memberships are reduced for 1 year and 1 time only maximum. Referral applications must be emailed or mailed to Echo.
