Terms & Conditions CHOOSE HOW TO PAY: By cash, credit or debit card, also bankers cheques by prior arrangement only. All catalogue prices are excluding VAT. CARRIAGE: Our terms are cash & carry. However we will deliver FREE OF CHARGE to your premises on orders above £75.00 net of VAT. On orders under £75, the carriage charge is £6.95 plus VAT. Delivery is to mainland UK locations only. All islands, highlands and remote areas subject to additional charge. WARRANTY: All items carry a one year parts only warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not cover glass, bulbs, pizza stones, rubber seals/perishables. We reserve the right to either send a replacement part under warranty, subject to receipt of an engineers report, or to have the item sent to our workshop for investigation. The buyer is responsible for all costs of transport in sending the goods to our workshop and for all costs in having the item returned to them, including delivery costs for any spare parts required. We do not cover any labour/engineer/call out charges. It is the buyers responsibility to appoint an engineer/tradesman to advise on any warranty issues. If an item is ‘Dead on Arrival’, or fails within the first seven days after delivery, we will exchange it or refund the buyer if we have no stock left. After seven days, the item will be dealt with under normal warranty terms. All equipment must be installed by a qualified tradesman, otherwise any warranty will be null and void. We reserve the right to request proof of installation as part of any warranty claim. DELIVERY: Please ensure that there is adequate access for larger items of equipment, as the company cannot be responsible for such a problem. Goods must be checked on receipt, before you sign the delivery note. If you sign the delivery note and have not checked the items we will not be held responsible for any claims that later arise through damage or missing items. Standard Delivery is 1-5 days. Orders for next day delivery must be placed by 12 noon. Extra charge to be advised at time of placing order. If an item is found to be damaged please mark “damaged” on the delivery note and inform our office immediately. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise we will not entertain claims. RETURNS: Before returning goods, a returns number must be obtained from us. Unless the incorrect item has been received, a handling charge of 25% will be levied. Returns can only be considered if the goods are undamaged, unused and still in their original packing. Items to be returned must be notified within 7 days of receipt. GENERAL: All prices quoted are for items in stock at the time of printing. When stock is exhausted, replacements may be at a higher or lower price. Please note that goods may differ slightly from the illustration and specification, due to improvements. E & O.E.
