2019 Trauernicht Simmentals 44th Annual Production Sale Sunday, February 17, 2019 • Beatrice, NE Trauernicht Simmental 44th Annual Production Sale was held Sunday, Feb 17th, 2019 at the Beatrice 77 Livestock Market, Beatrice, NE. Despite the slippery condition from the overnight snow fall, a large crowd attended to make their selection of stout herd bull prospects of Simmental, Sim Influenced, Red Angus and Angus Bulls. This year is the 49th year for the Trauernicht’s to be in the beef business and their motto has always been “Quality is bred on…not feed on.” Bulls sold into 7 states with the majority still remaining Husker fans. Thank you from the entire Trauernicht family for your years of continued support of our breeding program. It has been a challenging winter so far but we are happy to keep the bulls until April 1st and by then, they will be ready for green grass!
