The 21st annual North Central Simmental Fall Classic Sale was held on Sunday, Nov. 22, 2015, at the Summit Farms Purebred Sale Facility near Hubbard, Iowa. The picturesque sale setting was enhanced this year with the first snow fall of the season leaving the state of Iowa in a fresh white blanket on the Friday prior to the sale. The roads were cleared and a large crowd filled the Summit Faculty to view the sale offering and enjoy a complimentary lunch provided by staff at Vanden Berg Catering.
