Mr. Gifford was the highest weaning weight bull of the entire 2019 calf crop tipping the scale at 985 pounds at 226 days of age. This impressive looking, black baldy bull is sired by W/C Rapid Fire, a young new AI sire from Select Sires. This bull has been impressive from day one and continued to perform all the way through. His dam, JSF Maria, is a Shear Force daughter that’s no stranger to producing top herd sires. She produced one of the top selling purebred bulls at the Iowa Beef Expo in 2015 and the top selling bull in the Hawkeye Sale in 2013.
