Tiger Family Rallies Kickoff in Texarkana Alumni, incoming Tigers, and friends of the University gathered Monday night in Texarkana for our first Tiger Family Rally of the 2019 Summer. Throughout the rest of the summer, we have five more opportunities for ETBU/ETBC alumni to visit with your fellow Tigers.
