STORYTELLING MOBILE EVENT APP - $3,500 - High-exposure placement of sponsor name/logo on app (1,750 unique downloads last year) and hyperlink to sponsor online presence or website. LIVE STREAM - $1,000 - Sponsor name/logo prominently displayed on live stream of major on-site EAST Conference events. EVENT WEBSITE - $3,000 - Sponsor name/logo prominently displayed on the homepage of the event website (24,000 unique visitors) and a hyperlink to sponsor online presence or website. CONFERENCE CLIPS - $500 - Informational and interactive! EAST produces videos and webinars designed to engage, inform, and sometimes even entertain conference attendees. Sponsor name/logo prominently displayed in each video.
SPECIAL EVENTS VIP EVENT - $5,000 - This event is an opportunity for specially invited guests of EAST to network, learn about EAST, and see the projects EAST students are doing first-hand. Sponsor name/logo on event signage, four (4) full access passes to Conference, and the opportunity to welcome all attendees. EAST FUSION - $2,000 - EAST Fusion kicks off the fun of EAST Conference. It changes each year, but usually includes dancing, STEM activities, and networking opportunities for students and adults. Sponsor name/logo will be placed on all Fusion signage and recognition throughout the event.

CELEBRATIONS LEADERSHIP TEAM - $4,000 - The EAST Conference couldn’t exist without the student leadership teams. This year 50 students out of more than 20,000 will be chosen to serve as ambassadors, to document the event, and to provide technical support for the Conference. Sponsor logo will be displayed on all leadership team shirts and certificates, and representatives will be invited to speak at the student leadership training in February. DIFFERENCE MAKER COINS - $3,000 - Sponsor name/logo imprinted on the back of special coins given to select student participants for exemplifying the core values of EAST. These coins are highly sought after and cherished by the students. Special recognition of coin recipients and sponsor at a General Session. SNACK BREAK - $2,500 - EAST students are working hard at the conference. This is an opportunity to provide students with a well-deserved snack to energize them for the rest of the day. Sponsor name/logo will be placed on all catering signage and recognition throughout the event. TECH SUPPORT OLYMPIAD - $2,000 - The Tech Support Olympiad showcases the exceptional abilities of students in an on-site, hands-on competition. Competition is held in a prominent location with a live audience. Exclusive logo recognition on competition signage and awards and an opportunity to present the award at a General Session. BEST OF CONFERENCE AWARDS - $1,500 - The Best of Conference Awards offer an opportunity for attendees to vote for the EAST programs that impress them the most during Conference. Sponsor logo displayed on website and awards. Opportunity to present the awards at a General Session. 4
SWAG REGISTRATION BAGS - $10,000 - Exclusive logo recognition on EAST Conference registration bags.

LANYARDS - $5,000 - Sponsor name/logo imprinted on lanyards worn by all EAST Conference attendees. Sponsor choice of lanyard color and one-color logo design. CLOSING SESSION GIVEAWAY - $3,000 - Sponsor name/logo on a special promotional item given to all
attendees at the Closing Session.
T-SHIRT SLEEVE - $3,000 - Sponsor name/logo (one color design) on one sleeve of the event t-shirt provided to all registered participants. Shirt displays the EAST Conference logo on the front and all sponsor recognition on the back. VOLUNTEER THANK YOU - $2,000 - EAST Conference couldn’t happen without our volunteers. This is an opportunity to provide thank you gifts for the judges, student volunteers, presenters, and others that make Conference a success. EAST staff will work with sponsor to place sponsor name/logo on at least one promotional item given to all volunteers. 5
SIGNS TO SEE DIGITAL SIGNAGE - $2,000 - The EAST Conference spans the entire Hot Springs Convention Center. Digital signage is used to provide attendees with schedules, maps, and other information. Sponsor name/logo will be included on all digital signage. AISLE SIGN - $1,500 - Sponsor name/logo displayed in the exhibit hall on an aisle sign. Limited number available and placement is on a first-come, first-served basis. PROMINENT DISPLAY OF LOGO - $1,500 - Strategically placed advertising with sponsor logo to grab the attendees’ attention. These graphics may include: floor graphics, column wraps, or stair graphics. CHARGING STATION - $1,000 - Help our attendees recharge their devices at a strategically placed charging station. Sponsor name/logo will be placed on the charging station.
PLACES TO BE TINKER SPACE - $4,500 - This interactive space provides all attendees the opportunity to tinker with a variety of technology. Sponsor name/logo placed on all Tinker Space signage. BREAKOUT SESSION ROOM - $2,500-$5,000 - One breakout session room “named” for the sponsor and referred to as the “Sponsor Name” Room in event communications. Sponsor name/logo on room signage and a table in the room to display additional information and promotional items. Opportunity to meet and greet attendees as they enter the room. Limited number available and placement is on a first-come, first-served basis. HOSPITALITY ROOM - $2,500 - The Hospitality Room is an area for presenters, exhibitors, sponsors, VIPs, and friends of EAST to refuel during EAST Conference. Sponsor name/logo displayed throughout the space and on room signage. ATTENDEE LOUNGE - $2,500 - The Attendee Lounge is an area for attendees to rest and network between sessions and visiting booths. Sponsor name/logo displayed throughout the space. EAST also welcomes individual and in-kind donations of any amount to show support of this student-focused event.
