ReMIND Group Mindfulness, Intention, Neuroplasticity, and Development

A hybrid support and education group for individuals living with the effects of concussion, brain injury, stroke, whiplash, or related neurological conditions. Learn, connect, and gain tools for managing cognitive and emotional symptoms. Topics may include: Understanding how the brain works and heals (neuroplasticity) Memory, attention, and cognitive skills Mood regulation and emotional wellness Managing overstimulation and fatigue Brain-healthy habits and self-care Returning to work and daily activities Treatment options and recovery strategies Navigating healthcare and community resources Peer support and shared experiences

When and where does this group meet? The group will be held on Tuesdays (starting September 15th, 2026) from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM at the Easterseals MORC Southfield 9 Mile location (22170 W. Nine Mile Rd., Southfield, MI 48033). There is also a virtual option to attend.
