LEVEL UP:

Board games are more than just fun. They are a powerful way to practice real-life skills in a structured, low-pressure setting During gameplay, teens naturally work on impulse control, emotional regulation, frustration tolerance, flexible thinking, communication, and problemsolving.

In this group teens will gain skills in:

Thinking before reacting

Making smart choices

Feeling more confident in social situations

Managing stress and emotions

Staying steady when things get intense

What we'll do in this group:

This group is for teens ages 13 - 17 years old! Tuesdays, 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM from 3/17/26 through 4/21/26.

Play board games (yes, actual fun ones)

Practice decision-making skills

Learn how to pause instead of react

Build coping strategies that actually work

Support each other without judgment
