The Integrated Health Pathway is a program designed to help children experiencing disordered eating or substance use concerns. These issues impact the whole family and can put a child’s physical and mental health at risk. This pathway was developed to assist children, families, and their treatment teams!
Who do we serve?
Children ages 6-21 who are enrolled in a Family Services therapy program.
All insurances accepted, co-pays may vary.
Children actively using substances, with a history of substance use, or who may be at risk of using substances.
Children with disordered eating, poor body image, or engaging in induced vomiting, over exercising, or laxative misuse.
Talk to your therapist about referring your child to the pathway today!
What do we offer?
Specialized treatment teams offer support from prevention specialists or medical professionals in addition to therapy services for the best comprehensive care!
Targeted assessments are provided to track your child’s progress and inform treatment recommendations.
