Easterseals MORC is proud to offer our First Episode Psychosis Program, developed to meet the integrated care needs of children, (ages 13+) and adults who have experienced psychosis in the past 5 years. This program is specifically for individuals with Blue Care Network (BCN) or Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) Health Plans.

Our First Episode Psychosis Program is designed to provide individuals and families with the tools to manage mental health challenges and successfully navigate pathways of recovery.

Individuals and families can expect to learn: Managing and reducing stress by developing healthy coping skills Monitoring symptoms and preventing relapse Learning resiliency and enhancing personal well-being Achieve personal goals with your family/chosen support Skill building/support to help you achieve your vocational, academic, and/or volunteer goals

This program may include: Case Management: We meet you where you are – in the home, in office, or via telehealth - to support your treatment, help you apply for community supports, and connect you to family and community resources helping the overall well-being of the individual and their family. Individual, Group, and Family Therapy Peer Support to help you navigate your path/journey Psychiatry and Nursing Services

We offer comprehensive care using a multidisciplinary approach that includes expertly trained and professional case managers, peer supports, therapists, psychiatrists, and nursing staff. We work with you, your family, and any existing medical providers to offer supportive services.
