ANGER MANAGEMENT GROUP The Anger Management group offers a safe and supportive environment for teens, ages 13-17 receiving services at Easterseals MORC, who are seeking guidance in understanding and managing their emotions.
WHERE AND WHEN WILL THE ANGER MANAGEMENT GROUP TAKE PLACE? The Anger Management group will be held virtually from 5:30 - 6:30 PM on Wednesdays, starting February 18th and concluding on April 1st. Virtual meeting details will be shared upon signing up.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT? Participants can expect a safe space to share difficult emotions they experience. Individuals will also learn skills to manage and cope with difficult emotions and feelings.
