SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Transfer Student Scholarships
Transfer scholarships are awarded to in-state, oncampus students. Online students are not eligible. Awards are based on GPA at time of admission. Students with less than 24 credit hours will be considered for new freshman merit scholarships.

The EKU Foundation, through the generosity of its donors, offers a variety of scholarship opportunities. Scholarship eligibility and criteria vary and can include major, GPA, financial need, grade classification, ACT scores, high school, county or state.

Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Scholarship
Explore Scholarship Opportunities
PTK scholarships are awarded to all on-campus transfer students who are PTK chapter members and attended their PTK-affiliated community college within the past five years. This $1,500 annual scholarship is renewable and stackable with other university merit- based scholarships.
EKU Departmental and Office Scholarships
Many EKU departments and campus offices offer scholarship opportunities as well. Scholarship eligibility and criteria vary. Contact your department of interest for scholarship options.
