PELL PLUS
Eastern Kentucky University has selected your county to be part of PELL Plus. Through PELL Plus, eligible out-of-state students pay EKU’s in-state tuition rate and can qualify for EKU’s merit scholarships, putting a high-quality education within reach.
HOW TO QUALIFY Graduate from a high school within a PELL Plus eligible county. Be eligible for Federal Pell Grant assistance as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Federal Pell Grants help students with exceptional financial need earn a degree. A Pell Grant typically does not have to be repaid.
