EKU MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS Merit scholarships mean that your hard work pays off at EKU. Get money toward tuition based on your high school GPA and optional test scores. The best part is you don’t have to do any extra applications, essays or really anything at all - they’re all automatically applied. YEARLY SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT

3.8 - 4.0 GPA + ACT 28+

3.8 - 4.0 + ACT 24-27

3.0 - 3.39 GPA

Here’s the fine print: Merit scholarships are not applicable to students in a 100% program and can be adjusted as needed based on a student’s SAI and Cost of Attendance.

ADDITIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS The “Colonel Commitment” Scholarship Qualifications • Kentucky resident • First-year student • ≥3.0 high school GPA • Must be Pell Eligible, determined by FAFSA

Scholarship Amount

100% of tuition and fees (after all federal, state and institutional funds are applied)

The Madison County “Promise” Qualifications • Madison County, KY, resident • 2.5-2.9 high school GPA

Scholarship Amount $1,000

Opportunity Scholarship

Scholarship Amount Qualifications $1,000-$3,000 • Kentucky resident • ≥2.5 high school GPA • ≥18 composite ACT score • Financial need, determined by FAFSA
