FACTS ABOUT CHS 1. We prepare outstanding health and human service professionals and leaders who contribute to the success and vitality of their communities, the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the world. 2. CHS has state of the art clinical skills laboratories and simulation centers that provide students with hands-on experiences. 3. Our Recreation Therapy program is the only one in the state. 4. Most recent NCLEX passage rates for Spring 2024 cohorts were 100% in the AASN program and BSN program. 5. Students in the two-year nursing program (associate of applied science) may qualify for Work Ready Scholarships. 6. All majors include a requirement for an internship or clinical experience. 7. EKU is home to one of the top Occupational Therapy programs in the nation, boasting a 99% graduation rate since 2020. Recently, EKU ranked No. 22 in Best Occupational Therapy Programs for 2024 Best Health Schools by U.S. News & World Report. 8. Environmental Health Science & Sustainability is 1 of only 31 undergraduate programs
