TRANSFER AGREEMENTS Iowa’s three state universities, as well as a long list of public and private colleges, have partnered with us to make your transfer successful. These aren’t handshake deals; we have formal written agreements that spell out all the details. You can follow a traditional transfer plan, joint enrollment, or enroll in a statewide Transfer Major. No matter what path you choose, earn any AA or AS degree from EICC and the credits will transfer as general education, electives, or core major courses.
