A Day With Santa

Santa’s arrival begins at noon with a Main Street parade featuring marching bands, decorated floats, vintage cars, and colorfully-costumed characters. The celebration continues at Depot Park with a holiday host of activities including FREE snow tubing, inflatables and amusements, kid’s crafts, visits with Santa, stage entertainment, and a holiday market full of gift ideas and unique merchandise. Kennesaw’s Breakfast with Santa Kennesaw Parks & Recreation is partnering with the Kennesaw-Acworth Optimist Club to host an “all-youcare-to-eat” pancake breakfast with Santa. Two seating options available: 8-9:15am; and 10-11:15am. Advance tickets are $6 per person, purchased in advance at the Ben Robertson Community Center. Tickets are available for purchase at the door for $8 per person (based on availability, space is limited). Southern Museum Polar Express Adventure

Immerse yourself in the classic story told throughout the museum, with vignettes highlighting the plot and interactive performers bringing the story to life. The highlight of the event is a theatrical performance by the British Academy of Performing Arts dancers and performers that culminate in a visit from the big guy himself…Santa Claus! There will be readings of The Polar Express book between performances and The Polar Express movie showings in the theater at 3pm and 5pm. 2:30-7pm. Treat that special starry-eyed child in your life this holiday season at The Strand. Holiday in the Park

Six Flags Over Georgia is continuing its holiday tradition as it extends its season with the addition of Six Flags Entertainment’s annual holiday festival — Holiday in the Park. More than one million LED lights and dozens of Christmas trees will create the perfect magical atmosphere this holiday season from November 18 through January 3 on select days. Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Over Georgia. Includes sparkling lights, festive shows, tasty culinary treats and of course, the Big Man: Santa Claus in all his glory. Guests can enjoy the park’s most popular rides including Goliath, as well as rides for the entire family to enjoy.
