The Sabin Center has expanded its work and impact, both domestically in the United States and internationally. At the domestic level, implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act has been a key focus, with the Center launching a new online tool–the Inflation Reduction Act Tracker. The Center is also tracking federal and state climate-related regulations through our Climate Reregulation Tracker, New York State and City Climate Law Trackers, new CLCPA Scoping Plan Tracker, and numerous other online resources. The Center continues to be one of the most prominent resources for information about Climate Litigation, and has undertaken numerous activities within Carbon Management and Negative Emissions space, is expanding its work on Climate Law and Finance, and continues to grow its Renewable Energy Legal Defense and Cities Climate Law Initiatives. The Center is committed to mainstreaming its Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism (DEIA) plan into all areas of its work.
