Many of you also know that while we were growing in those areas, however, we faced significant staffing challenges in the post-COVID era within our residential program, as did many other residential programs across the country. This left some of our on-campus homes temporarily vacant. We took this opportunity and asked, “What does this make possible” and “What is the Lord asking of us in this season?” These questions led us to reinvest in our legacy residential program with enhancements that we strongly believe will allow us to serve children and families even better, which you can read more about in this newsletter. As an additional encouragement, over the past four months, we’ve been blessed with an influx of talent, allowing us to reopen homes and advance the crucial work of family renewal in our residential program. The questions we asked also led to our first foster home, dedicated to keeping large sibling groups together and our first sibling group arrived in December. Our work in foster care has grown in the past year, and we launched our second foster home this summer. Thank you for your faithfulness in journeying with us. God has been so kind to our ministry over the years, and you are a significant part of that. God continues to do miraculous healing and renewal work at the Ranch. I hope you’ll come and see it for yourself if you haven’t visited with us in a while. It is an honor to labor in this work and to bear witness to the healing power of Christ’s love in the past, present, and in the years to come. Sincerely,

Throughout the first half of this year, our team has been evaluating our programs, guided by one question: How can we create even greater opportunities for lasting transformation? As we enter this season of growth, we’re excited to share a series of thoughtful enhancements that will strengthen and support famlies where it matters most—in the home, in the classroom, and in everyday relationships. While some aspects of the program are changing, our mission remains the same: Help children and families experience lasting renewal.

HOUSEPARENTS TO HOMELIFE COACHES You’ll also notice a new name for the couples who serve in our residential homes. Formerly known as “Houseparents,” they will now be called “Homelife Coaches.” This change reflects an important belief at Eagle Ranch: children need their parents, and our role is never to replace them. Instead, we come alongside families as coaches, encouragers, and partners—helping parents build the healthy relationships and skills that lead to lasting renewal.
