LIVES WERE DIRECTLY IMPACTED IN 2025 BETWEEN OUR RESIDENTIAL AND DAY PROGRAMS (50 BOYS AND GIRLS AND 172 OF THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS).
As I reflect on 2025, I am overwhelmed by both the needs of children and families and the generosity of our community of supporters to help meet their needs. In 2025, we celebrated our 40th anniversary, and we saw hundreds of families experience healing and renewal. We responded to the needs of children and families in crisis in a myriad of ways.
I think of the four young siblings who came to Eagle Ranch in mid-December because they had been abruptly thrust into the foster care system due to a family trauma. Thanks to John and Cassie Adams, former Eagle Ranch houseparents and now the first Eagle Ranch foster parents, these children are being loved and supported in a Christ-centered family and community while remaining together as a sibling group during this hard time. Their presence has enriched our community!
The needs are as great as they have always been and it can be easy to feel overwhelmed. However, as we look back upon God’s good work through our ministry this past year, I hope you feel encouraged by the miracle work you are a part of here at Eagle Ranch. Despite the many obstacles children and families are facing, we are seeing lives transformed through the power of Christ. You are part of that and I hope you know how grateful I am for your prayers, generosity, and belief in this mission.

FIRST STEP COUNSELING IN 2025
650 calls were fielded by admissions. Each call represents a family reaching out for help — often at a critical moment.
709 family counseling sessions were conducted by our First Step Counseling team. Families received practical, early intervention support before challenges escalated.
71% of eligible callers scheduled an Initial Assessment during their first call. Families are taking immediate action toward help.
71% of families who scheduled an assessment followed through with an in-person appointment. This reflects strong engagement and trust in the process.
RESIDENTIAL CARE
A THERAPEUTIC LIVING ENVIRONMENT WHERE CHILDREN LIVE ON CAMPUS WHILE THE WHOLE FAMILY WORKS WITH COUNSELORS TOWARD RESTORATION AND REUNIFICATION.
31 boys and girls — and 109 family members — were served.
386 family counseling sessions were conducted.
Many of these children came to Eagle Ranch as a result of experiencing significant instability at home.

AN ACCREDITED, PRIVATE SCHOOL OFFERING INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION AND THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS IN THE RANCH’S PROGRAMS.

Reading performance improved by 13 percentage points. Students moved from 52% above the national average to 65% above above the national average.

OUTPATIENT
COUNSELING
AT THE WINGS CENTER
PROFESSIONAL OUTPATIENT
COUNSELING TO ADDRESS A BROAD SPECTRUM OF FAMILY NEEDS FOR ALL AGES AND STAGES OF LIFE.
515 clients received 5,714 counseling sessions in 2025. Services addressed trauma, depression, addiction, marital distress, and other complex challenges.
38% of clients received financial assistance. Through the Client Assistance Fund, counseling was made accessible to those who might not otherwise have been able to afford care.
RETREATS AND CONSULTING SERVICES
The Wings Center offers retreats and nonprofit consulting, in addition to outpatient counseling. During 2025:
• 69 spiritual retreats were held, serving 487 retreat guests, including pastors, ministry leaders, couples, and individuals.
• Over 60 nonprofit leaders were mentored and ongoing consulting support was provided to 10 organizations, both nationally and internationally.
FOS T E R C ARE AT EAGLE RANCH
SPECIALIZED ON-CAMPUS FOSTER CARE DESIGNED TO KEEP LARGE SIBLING GROUPS TOGETHER IN A SUPPORTIVE, PEACE-FILLED ENVIRONMENT.
Eagle Ranch began its Foster Care Program in 2025. We are addressing a heart-breaking reality in our community: many sibling groups are separated upon entering the foster care system simply because too few homes have the space or resources to keep them together.
We partner with WinShape Homes as the childplacing agency that licenses our foster home. WinShape Homes is a Christian organization that provides licensing oversight along with top-tier therapeutic and case management support for the children and families we serve.
A sibling group of four are the first foster children. Former Eagle Ranch houseparents John and Cassie Adams are the first foster parents in the Peace Home. The children in their care will receive stability and community support as we pray for reunification with their parents.
It is a blessing to partner with an organization that is aligned in its care for children and families. When the team at Eagle Ranch saw a need, they first prayed, then acted to partner with WinShape Homes to provide care for large sibling groups. Their level of support is incredible and we are grateful to do this work with a group of believers who believe that caring for the Lord’s children and families is paramount in everything we do.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
EXTENDING OUR MISSION BEYOND THE RANCH
Eagle Ranch is committed to serving the community through events, training, and resources that nurture connection and support. Various gatherings are hosted throughout the year for diverse audiences, including community-wide events like the annual Eagle Ranch Family Fest, which offers a free day of fun to help families connect.
Additionally, the Ranch provides focused support through continuing education for licensed professionals, networking for foster care and church partners, and parent nights designed for current and alumni families.

Eagle Ranch has now produced two seasons of its podcast that helps parents move from parenting desperation to hope.

We were able to have a wonderful meal and night of fun as we celebrated the volunteers who partner with us to make our mission possible.

More than 400 people came to our Eagle Ranch Reunion. This included current and former staff members, as well as former Eagle Ranch residents and their families.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR BOARD
More than 30 years ago, I first came to Eagle Ranch for a workday—running a weed eater while my wife helped clean. I could not have anticipated then that a simple invitation would lead to decades of board service, or that this would become the place where I have most consistently seen God at work.
Throughout my time serving—including a couple of terms as Board Chair—my perspective has been shaped in meaningful ways. With a background in finance, I initially viewed our responsibility through the lens of caution, sustainability, and measured growth. Yet time and again, I have seen Eagle Ranch step forward in faith—expanding its mission, investing in new initiatives, and trusting God to provide. Many of those decisions challenged my instincts, but proved essential in allowing us to reach more children and families than we otherwise could have.
Today, the need for this work is both clear and urgent. Families are navigating increasing instability, and many lack the support systems that once helped guide and strengthen them. Eagle Ranch provides not only care, but a framework for restoration—addressing the needs of both children and their families with intentionality and long-term impact.
Looking ahead, I am confident in the organization’s future. With strong leadership, a clear mission, and a willingness to ask the right questions, Eagle Ranch is well-positioned to continue expanding its reach and deepening its impact.
