Stock up or exchange books that range from cooking, suspense, travel, self-help, romance, children, youth, classics and more! You do not have to donate to participate! Mingle with your neighbors and pick out new-to-you books to take home. Any leftovers books and monies collected will be donated to our local library!
Donating? Here is how it works: • Drop off any new or gently used Adult or Children’s books to Waterfront Park • We will sign you up & write down amount of books donated • Arrive at event at Annex Building • Check in & you will receive a ticket for the number of book you previously donated • That ticket can then be used to buy/exchange, “new-to-you” books inside the event

YOU CAN STILL PARTICIPATE! • Residents that did not donate books can still participate • Books will cost 50 cents to any residents that did not donate books but would like to purchase books at the exchange (All monies collected will be donated to local library!) Weather Update Pool – The lap pool at Waterfront is now being used by families, adults and lap swimmers. We appreciate everyone’s patience during the transition from lap pool to family pool. 6:00am7:15am lap swim and 8:30am-9:30am senior swim has ended for the winter and resume in the spring. Temperature – Florida’s winter is upon us. In the instance that the outside temperature combine with wind chill is below 50 degrees the pool will be closed until it rises. Please call Waterfront Park before heading to the facility. Please check with Waterfront Park, or www.eagleharboronline.com for more information.
At this time we are no longer excepting requests to be added to the boat storage waitlist. The waitlist currently exceeded 1 year. Please check the website for future updates.
Social Distancing Please remember capacity at all pools are reduced in order to encourage residents to keep 6 feet of distance while in the water, at the snack bar and when in line for the slide and diving board. Please take the same precautions in our facility as you do outside our facility so that we may continue to keep the pools open for residents to enjoy.

JAGA Scholarship Awards The Jacksonville Area Golf Association (JAGA) was founded in 1954 with a dedication to promote the ancient and honorable game of golf. The organization, currently made up of over 30 member clubs in Northeast Florida, sponsors several amateur tournaments in the greater Jacksonville area. In 1974, JAGA established a Scholarship Trust to endow worthy recipients. The Trust now offers scholarships of $1,000 per semester for four years of undergraduate studies. Since its inception, the JAGA Trust has awarded over 300 scholarships for a total amount of approximately $1.8 million. Eagle Harbor Golf Club is a member of JAGA and is entitled to submit nominees for the JAGA scholarship program. A child or grandchild of a club member is qualified to apply for a scholarship. The applicant must live in the geographical area encompassed by the JAGA member clubs – all in the greater Jacksonville area. To find out more about the scholarship program go to www.jaxareagolf.com. Eagle Harbor Do I Need Arc Approval? Eagle Harbor is a deed restricted community, in accordance with the community documents all exterior changes and/or improvements to Eagle Harbor homes requires prior review, and approval by the community Architectural Review Committee (ARC). There have been incidents of homeowners who had to remove unapproved changes because they did not conform to the community guidelines. In order to avoid this mistake, please be sure to fill out the appropriate ARC application and submit it to the management team so that they may be placed on the monthly ARC agenda. Applications can be found by visiting: www.eagleharborassociation.com or you may stop by the HOA office where a member of our team will be happy to provide you with an application and review it with you to ensure you have all the necessary information. All applications are reviewed at the monthly ARC meeting. Typically, meetings are held at 5:30p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month at the Swim Park Annex building. Meetings are open to residents. If it is impractical for you to attend, your management team will present your application for you and you will be notified of ARC comments via email.
