Start your season off right by making the holiday season extra bright for a local child. Step 1: Stop by The Clubhouse and pick an angel off of the Angel Tree. Step 2: Fulfill some or all of the Angel’s wish list.

These special gifts are all most of these children will receive for the holiday. If you are willing, we are counting on you as a sponsor to fulfil this wonderful commitment. The Angel Tree benefits local boys and girls from Kids First of Florida – an organization that fosters
more than 500 children that have been removed from abusive homes in Clay and Baker counties. Gifts must be received NO LATER than 6pm on Saturday, December 12th to ensure they are delivered before the holidays. Thank you for your donation and making a difference in a child’s life this season.

Participate in the Holiday Light Parade! Celebrate the season by showing your holiday spirit! Decorating your car, trailer, float, boat or golf cart and join us for our Holiday Light Parade! Participants should arrive at Swim Park by 6pm for lineup. The Parade will begin promptly at 6:30pm. Spectators are asked to watch the Holiday Light Parade from the Parkway. Due to all of the changes this year, we have had to make a few adjustments. Santa & Mrs. Claus will parade down Eagle
Harbor Parkway with their elves! The parade will end at the golf club house where the 25ft Christmas Tree will already be lit. After the parade concludes there will not be a gathering or activities offered at the clubhouse and residents and participants will disperse from there. PLEASE NOTE: Eagle Harbor Parkway will be temporarily closed during the parade. Due to the nature of a night parade, parade participants must ride in a car, float or golf cart. Weather Update Pool – The lap pool at Waterfront is now being used by families, adults and lap swimmers. We appreciate everyone’s patience during the transition from lap pool to family pool. 6:00am7:15am lap swim and 8:30am-9:30am senior swim has ended for the winter and resume in the spring. Temperature – Florida’s winter is quickly upon us. In the instance that the outside temperature combine with wind chill is below 50 degrees the pool will be closed until it rises. At this time we are no longer excepting requests to be added to the boat storage waitlist. The waitlist currently exceeded 1 year. Please check the website for future updates.
Social Distancing Please remember capacity at all pools are reduced in order to encourage residents to keep 6 feet of distance while in the water, at the snack bar and when in line for the slide and diving board. Please take the same precautions in our facility as you do outside our facility so that we may continue to keep the pools open for residents to enjoy.

Therefore, no formal meeting, and/or election of board directors was able to take place. An informal discussion took place, where information was shared and resident questions answered. After the holiday, all exterior holiday decorations should be removed within thirty (30) days, and the home returned to its original state.
2. Parking: The holidays bring many people together, and that means extra cars will need to be parked. When parking guests please make sure roads, sidewalks, neighboring driveways, and mailboxes are not blocked. Also, ensure cars are not parked on either side of the street or directly across from one another, this causes potential emergency hazards.
3. Overnight Guests: It wouldn’t be the holidays without Uncle Marv and Aunt Ethel bunking in little Jimmy’s room. Of course, you might want to check out the covenants and restrictions Article V Section 10: Vehicular Restrictions to determine what types of vehicles are allowed within the community. If guests are staying longer than a couple of days please make every effort to clean out your garage so that additional cars may be parked there as well as in your driveway. This will help keep streets clear and reduce possible traffic accidents.
