Please remember capacity at all pools are reduced in order to encourage residents to keep 6 feet of distance while in the water, at the snack bar and when in line for the slide and diving board. Please take the same precautions in our facility as you do outside our facility so that we may continue to keep the pools open for residents to enjoy.
Florida’s winter is quickly upon us. The lap pool at Waterfront is now being used by families, adults and lap swimmers.
Hydro Fitness
We appreciate everyone’s patience during the transition from lap pool to family pool. As the outside and water temperature starts to dip we will make the decision to turn on the heaters and cover the pool to conserve heat and energy. When we make that decision, 6:00am7:15am lap swim and 8:30am-9:30am senior swim will end for the winter and resume in the spring. Kids Clinic Orange Ball Developmental Clinic Juniors ages 6-10 from 4:30 -5:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. This is a great way to introduce your children to tennis. It is a fun, educational clinic that teaches them the game, eye hand coordination and of course how to have fun playing. $10 per child per clinic.
Green Dot Intermediate Clinic Juniors ages 10-12 from 5:30-6:30pm on Mondays and Wednesdays which focuses more on stroke production and rallying. $10 per child per clinic.

STREET PARKING Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid parking on the street. Blocking a lane of travel makes the neighborhood more difficult to navigate, in addition to restricting access by emergency vehicles.

Crime Watch The Gift of Life
The Holiday season is almost upon us and we’re all thinking about gifts. Have you considered that you can give the gift of life—A Blood Donation.
