July 4th Celebration: America's 250th Birthday
Parade & Pool Party | Saturday, July 4th

Come celebrate America’s 250th birthday with a star-spangled day packed with fun, laughter, and festive cheer! We’ll kick off the celebration with our parade and keep the party going with a splash at the pool party afterward!
Show off your patriotic spirit by decorating your bike, motorcycle, golf cart, vehicle, or trailer and joining the parade in red, white, and blue style!
The parade will roll out at 10am from Talons, travel along Eagle Harbor Parkway, and make its way to Swim Park. Once you arrive, the festivities will continue with plenty of poolside fun and celebration for everyone to enjoy! Continue the festivities at Talon for live music from 7-10pm featuring Salty Dawgs.

Join us for a camp designed for our youngest residents. At Eagle Harbor Tots Tennis Camp kids will learn tennis skills and play games while having fun at the same time. Popsicles for each child after tennis.

Eagle Harbor Tennis and Pickleball Dress Code & Policies
1. All players should check in at tennis shop before playing.
2. Proper Tennis Attire should be worn. **No cutoffs or jean material. No Sports bras, crop tops, or bikers shorts may be worn by themselves. Shirts MUST be worn at all times.
3. Only smooth sole Tennis Shoes should be worn. Running shoes, cross-training shoes, Flip flops, slides or Crocs are not permitted due to risk of injury and damage to courts.
4. DO NOT play on wet courts.
5. Proper Court Etiquette should be observed at all times.
6. Children under 12 should be supervised by an adult and should not be left unattended. Children are not permitted on the court during a lesson, clinic, or match.
7. Smoking is NOT permitted around the tennis grounds.
8. A Member is allowed 20 guests a year. Member must check guest in before play. Guest must be with a member at all times. Guest Fee is $5 per person per day unless member is using a guest pass.
9. A Member may make a court reservation up to 1 week in advance.

Rules Tip of the Month
Free Relief from Cart Paths
If your ball lies on a cart path,
you are entitled to free relief. Find the nearest point of complete relief (no interference from the path for your stance or swing), then drop within one club length of that point, no closer to the hole. Remember—this applies to both your ball position and your stance!

Improve Contact with Better Balance
One of the easiest ways to improve consistency is maintaining good balance throughout your swing. Focus on finishing in a balanced position with your weight fully on your lead side and your chest facing the target. A controlled, balanced finish often leads to cleaner contact and more accurate shots.

Got a Letter from the HOA?
What does it mean when you get a Courtesy Notice from the HOA regarding a possible covenant infraction? What if you receive a Certified Notice or Intent to Fine? What is the associations protocol for handling these matters? The association board of directors has set forth the following protocol to ensure the community documents are followed and to retain the beauty of our community streetscape:
• Courtesy Notice – a first notice indicating what was seen during a routine community inspection or what may have been reported to the HOA office. Routine inspections are performed twice a month, usually every other week as required by the board of directors.
• Second Notice – indicates the matter previously noted in the Courtesy notice has not yet been remedied. If you are unable to complete the requested task in the amount of time specified, contact the HOA office to discuss the situation. This will put a ‘HOLD’ on future notices and allow you the time you need to remedy the issue.
• Intent to Fine – Certified Notice indicating the matter is still outstanding and no one has contacted the HOA office to discuss the matter.

The Intent to Fine notice is an invitation for residents to meet directly with the HOA board of directors to discuss the matter prior to a fine being assessed.
• FINE Issued Notice – Certified Notice indicating the matter is still outstanding and no one has contacted the HOA office to discuss the matter. The Fine Issued notice is an invitation for the resident to appeal the board’s decision to assess a fine regarding the outstanding issue.
• FINED – Certified Notice indicating a Fine has been assessed, in accordance with the Florida Statutes 720, due to continued non-compliance and no response received from the owner.

Neighborhood Parking
School is out for the summer! College students are home, friends and relatives are coming to visit and the number of cars in our neighborhoods may greatly increase. The safest place for vehicles is your garage or driveway but if there is no room, we ask that you please be aware of a few parking restrictions.
• Do not park in the right-of-way (between the sidewalk and the street).
• Do not block the sidewalk. Not only is this illegal it’s also a safety issue.
