Eagle Harbor is looking for a detail oriented adults to supervise daily pool activities, ensure all staff is present and performing to Eagle harbor standards. Supervisors provide members and guest with department information, assist with poolside activities and special

Summer is just around the corner and Eagle Harbor Aquatics is hiring! Jump into fun this summer with the best team of whistleblowers on the island! Lifeguards oversee the safety of residents at all Eagle Harbor pools, assist with Eagle Harbor special events and maintain cleanliness of the facilities. Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing rules, regulations and policies and monitoring designated areas to recognize signs of danger. Certified Lifeguards must have Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR Certification for the Professional Rescuer. Lifeguard certification classes will be held throughout the spring for anyone interested in becoming an Eagle Harbor Lifeguard. Please watch for announcements on our Eagle Harbor Residents Facebook page and online.

Make a splash by being the first friendly face our residents see and be the first to get extra fries from snack bar. Guest Services team members greet and register

Guest services and snack bar are customer oriented, courteous and knowledgeable and can provide information on all Eagle Harbor community information, policies and events. She has been in Eagle Harbor for over 10 years, playing tennis, and now pickleball and always supporting and encouraging other players. Shirley has always been an athlete. She has been active in golf, waterskiing, and was inducted into the Hammonton High School, New Jersey girls basketball hall of fame.

Shirley was presented with a bench dedicated McAvoy (Bench in her honor and a dog bowl dedicated to her decated to our best cheerleader) canine companion, Dexter. In addition, our generous community gave her enough donations for her to do something special for herself. Shirley’s family joined in the fun with great photos of Shirley and her family; we had lots of food, tennis, and celebration. Shirley has made a positive impact on our community and is a great inspiration. We look forward to seeing her cheering for us on her special bench with Dexter by your side!

Proper tennis attire and shoes are required at the tennis courts. Tennis now has 12 Hydro-clay courts. Having the proper NEW shoes work best on these courts to help prevent injury.

EH Culture - From our kitchen to yours… An entry from the “Outta the Shop, Over the Top” Cookbook “Chicken Vardonata” – (Prep 20 min / Cook 20 min) - 1 large Chicken Breast, halved, and tenderized to ¼ inch – ¼ lb Prosciutto di Parma – Eggplant thinly sliced – 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese (substitute Mozzarella and Grated Parmesan) – Marinara or Pomodoro (preferred). Heat large sauté pan until hot, add a generous amount of olive oil until hot; add eggplant slices and cook for 15 to 30 seconds depending on thickness (thinner the better). Remove from the sauté and temporarily remove pan from heat. Preheat oven to 350. Lay chicken flat and layer eggplant and prosciutto, whip 1 egg and mix with ricotta and then spread evenly over the prosciutto, and finally add a splash of your preferred sauce. Now you’re ready to roll – set with toothpicks – return pan to heat. Lavishly dip roll into egg and then roll in Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs. Once oil is hot again, sauté evenly until nicely browned all around. Remove and bake for 20 min – top with parmesan and/or more sauce as desired. Buon Appetito!
