Summer is just around the corner and Eagle Harbor Aquatics is hiring! Jump into fun this summer with the best team of whistleblowers on the island! Lifeguards oversee the safety of residents at all Eagle Harbor pools, assist with Eagle Harbor special events and maintain cleanliness of the facilities. Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing rules, regulations and policies and monitoring designated areas to recognize signs of danger. Certified Lifeguards must have Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR Certification for the Professional Rescuer. Lifeguard certification classes will be held throughout the spring for anyone interested in becoming an Eagle Harbor Lifeguard. Please watch for announcements on our Eagle Harbor Residents Facebook page and online.
Do you have what it takes to be the face of Eagle Harbor? Our Guest Services team greet every resident and guest that come to the pool. Make a splash by being the first friendly face our residents see and be the first to get extra fries from snack bar. Guest Services team members greet and register all guests and residents, verify member numbers prior to entry, checks messages and answer calls throughout the shift. Guest services also inspects cabanas, restrooms and office for cleanliness and organization and assists lifeguards and snack bar team with tasks as needed or assigned.
Come be part of the team that serves the best chicken tenders and fries on the island Snack Bar team members prepare, stock and service food and beverage items in accordance with the Safe Serve standards. Complete opening and closing checklists which
include daily inventory as well as maintain the cleanliness and organization of the snack bar, equipment and accessories. Being part of this team also means taking an oath to never divulge our world famous fry seasoning. Guest services and snack bar are customer oriented, courteous and knowledgeable and can provide information on all Eagle Harbor community information, policies and events. All team members assist with special events and maintenance shifts throughout the season.
Are your kids grown and you miss their teenage years? Come learn all the things you don’t know about your iPhone, learn new lingo and supervise the best kids on the island. Eagle Harbor is looking for a detail oriented adults to supervise daily pool activities, ensure all staff is present and performing to Eagle harbor standards. Supervisors provide members and guest with department information, assist with poolside activities and special events. Our new team members should possess a keen attention to detail, basic computer knowledge and most importantly be customer oriented.
Training CPR and First Aid training is provided by Eagle Harbor and is a requirement for all positions. Lifeguard certification classes do have a fee and prerequisites prior to signing up.

Huge News!!! Every year, in the fall, Eagle Harbor Tennis is home to an intense multi-week competition between 4 mens tennis teams rated from 3.0 to 5.0. This competition results in 1 team having bragging rights for the year (and getting an extra piece of cheese on their victory burger). The 4 teams involved in the competition are, Kelly’s Heroes, Ellisor’s Dinosaurs, Rum Balls and Jackwagons. After 11+/- weeks of intense competition, all 4 teams miraculously qualified for the playoffs. Team Rumballs, captained by tennis extraordinaire, Ron Dill, was undefeated as they deservedly earned the top seed. The JackWagons, led by Brad Robinson (a former wrestler) held the bottom seed due to their dismal (some say Jaguars) performance of 1W - 10L. Some likened what happened next as something akin to the “helmet catch" that led the NY Giants to a victory over the previously undefeated NE Patriots in Super Bowl 42. After the last ball sailed over the net, the previously 1 win Jackwagons found themselves victorious over the unbeaten Rum Balls in a match that surprised the tennis world. After the clay dust had settled on a hot winter day, the Jackwagons found themselves holding their extra cheese victory burger high over their heads with a win against Kelly’s Heroes. Bragging rights have been secured until they all meet again next fall
Pickleball
The courts are open to EH residents only (1 GUEST PER MEMBER). No reservations. Just show up with your group or by yourself, place your paddles in the holder and wait for a court to open. Once you complete your match, place your paddle back in line and wait for a court to open. • Pickleball Court Hours are 7am-10pm • Please be considerate of each other and allow everyone a chance to play. • Paddles are available to demo or buy in the Tennis Pro Shop during shop hours. • Balls are available to purchase.

Eagle Harbor Do I Need ARC Approval? Eagle Harbor is a deed restricted
community, in accordance with the community documents all exterior changes and/or improvements to Eagle Harbor homes requires prior review, and approval by the community Architectural Review Committee (ARC). In order to ensure you are in compliance with the community documents you will want to take some time to review ARC documents by visiting www.eagleharborassociation.com. Once you have reviewed the documents, you will then be able to choose, and complete, the appropriate ARC application for your desired exterior project. Applications should be submitted to the HOA office by the Friday prior to the meeting date. Your application will then be placed on the ARC’s agenda for review. You may also stop by the HOA office where a member of our team will be happy to provide you with an application and review it with you to ensure you have all the necessary information. All applications are reviewed at the monthly ARC meeting. Typically, meetings are held at 5:00pm on the second Tuesday of the month at the Swim Park Annex building. Meetings are open to residents. If it is impractical for you to attend, your management team will present your application for you and you will be notified of ARC comments via email.
