The Accelerated Leadership Experience Frequently Asked Questions What is the time commitment and cadence? ALX is a five-day equivalent program. It starts with a three-day intensive in-person session that includes three consecutive days of transformative learning and experiential activities. The intensive is followed by four half-day online sessions spaced weekly on Friday mornings, where you’ll expand upon your learnings without disrupting your routine. We offer two yearly sessions, one in the spring, and one in the fall.

Who are the program faculty? Brian Elizardi, Karen Collins, and Bo Storozuk, co-lead ALX. Bo specializes in organizational development with focus on learning and talent management, strategic and cultural alignment, and operationalizing performance management programs. Karen is a triple-certified Executive Leadership and Mental Wellness Coach through the International Coaching Federation, Co-Active Training Institute and Lyra Health. With over 15 years of leadership and change management experience, Karen is in high demand for her interactive, thought-provoking approach to leadership. Brian Elizardi is an experienced education leader with over 20 years of private and public sector experience in fundraising, corporate engagement and leadership development excellence gained in public and private universities. Together, they provide a dynamic blend of skills that strengthen the development of leaders across various sectors.

What is the program cost? ALX tuition is $4,800. Many organizations provide financial assistance for professional development programs. Speak to your HR or L&D department to explore opportunities for employee sponsorship and discuss your organization’s L&D reimbursement policies.
