$22.00 starting wage Fully progressed wage is $30.00/hr for 2nd and 3rd shift. We give you a $1000 (annual) raise every 90 days for 4 years.
We have not had a layoff in over 12 years, not even in 2020.
Lots of voluntary overtime, if you want it. No mandatory overtime during the week. Max you have to work is 8 hours/day. No mandatory overtime on holiday weekends or Sundays. Maximum number of Saturdays that you may be required to work is 2 per month.
