Your Quarterly Digest

Quarter 3, 2026

www.dubaiholdingcommunities.com

A NOTE FROM HUMAN CAPITAL Every strong organisation is built not only on strategy, but on the passion, commitment and ambition of its people. Throughout the year, we saw that spirit reflected as colleagues embraced learning opportunities, celebrated achievements, strengthened connections and contributed to shaping our future. This quarter was particularly meaningful as we celebrated Emirati Women's Day, recognising the achievements and contributions of Emirati women across our organisation. We were also proud to participate in the Dubai Holding Career Fair for UAE Nationals, connecting with talented Emirati candidates and supporting the development of future generations of national talent. I would also like to congratulate our Sustainability team and the wider DHCM family on our double win at the Gulf Sustainability Awards 2026, a proud moment for all of us. With the 2026 Annual Performance Review now underway, this is also an opportunity for you to reflect on accomplishments, recognise contributions and align on future development goals. As we look ahead, our focus remains clear: building an employee experience that is inclusive, future-ready and rooted in purpose. Thank you to everyone who contributed their energy, ideas and dedication this quarter. Together, we will continue to grow, create impact and shape what comes next. Omair Ibrahim Executive Director, Human Capital
