(When to apply the instruction)
Driver Positions the tanker the driver's cabin towards the paper mill entrance for unloading into silo 3 and 2, and with the driver's cabin towards the waste water treatment plant for unloading into silo 1. At the time of unloading the starch in the factory
Driver places the footboard under the vehicle stabilizers (two or four depending on the type of vehicle)
The driver takes the grounding clamp and connects it to the special fastener positioned on the tanker
Driver checks for the presence of the green light on the grounding display which confirms the correct positioning of the clamp and consequent consent to unloading. If the red light stays on, unload is not allowed.

With green light, unloading is allowed. With yellow light, adjust the unload flow until the green light turns on
flow until the green light turns on
With the red light on, suspend the unload, restore the earth connection (green light).

the Driver connects his own flexible hose to the tanker, then connects the other end to the silo pipe by turning counterclockwise
check correct connection of the discharge hose to the silo
Correct connection of the unload hose enables the valve to open (see photo)
The driver checks on the pressure gauge that during unloading the pressure does not exceed 0.8 bar. If the valve does not open, check the hose connection, call the laboratory staff +39
Disconnecting the hose at the unload end closes the valve. The driver checks that the valve positioning signal is on the red 'valve closed' . If the valve remains open call the Grounding Disconnection
The driver releases the grounding clamp from the tanker and places it back on the appropriate support, verifying that the light signal is red
Driver restores cleaning of the area by intervening if necessary (see correct and incorrect standard photo)
When loading on a silo with minimum uncovered level, in addition to the above precautions, the following measures must be applied:
Minimum silo level signal (red light on display)
The loading area must be segregated by preventing the transit under MC1, applying a tape / chain to prevent the passage of pedestrians.
