At any time, if you feel dizziness, pain, or any kind of discomfort, stop the exercise. It's okay to stop at any time.
When you try again, you may consider starting with less pressure or holding the point for a lesser amount of time. Do what feels good for you!
You can also do these off body. There's still electrical signaling that will go between your fingers and the pressure point. Do what feels good for you. Some people like a little more pressure, too.
